I had a great purchase experience at Miami Acura, since the first email until the delivery and post sale activities, such as, Tech features orientation and quality surveys, sent on the appropriate timing, and very polite. Sales team and support were great, fast, objective and customer oriented.

I made my choice to purchase an Acura independent of a dealership. However, I did use Miami Acura as the dealer to test drive the Acura TL. I then began a systematic search to find the best price for the TL. Not only did I receive the best price from Miami Acura, they stood behind everything they said and they gave me firm quotes over the internet. The folks were extremely knowledgeable and did their best to obtain for me the Acura TL at the best price.

Honest Professional Acura Dealer

My wife and I bought a 2009 TL from a salesperson "John" that has been there 18 years!! We were very pleased with his professionalism and integrity. My research of the Better Business Beaureau showed Miami Acura as the only "A" rated Acura dealership in South Broward and Miami-Dade counties. The others were rated as low as F!! Also I found out they are the only Acura Precision Team Dealer in South Florida. Also my wife was very impressed with their quality service department and free Acura loaner cars. She felt very comfortable the way they treated her as a woman in the service department. Certainly a breath of fresh air with the way they do their business. Will definetly buy our next car there next year.
