Excellent experience

Leased a 2023 CX5 from Mazda North Miami. I must say that I am very happy with the overall experience I had during the entire process. Sebastian Nova and Rob Kesser are amazing. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained everything over and over again. With todays care prices and the fact that most dealerships are not willing to work with you and your budget this Dealership and Sebastian and Rob made all the difference to me and my buying experience. Anyone in the market please give them a call. You will be happy you did.

They don't want to sell to you. No negotiation. No energy.

I entered Mazda of North Miami interested in a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda Miata MX-5 RF. I scheduled my appointment online for a test drive and was connected with Jared (who is not even on their webpage). Jared was like every other salesman and we scheduled a time for the test drive nothing out of the ordinary or extraordinary. He did request at the time that I call or send a message early if I needed to change the time or date. Again, nothing out of the ordinary but something that will be circled back in my review. The day of my test drive I had to push the time back about an hour and a half due to some personal hiccups on my end. I texted Jared through the line I was provided and did not hear back. I then proceeded to call Mazda of North Miami and was met with Lazaro, who was kind and let me know that Jared was not in at the moment of my call. However, Lazaro was very welcoming and allowed me to change the time of my appointment. I drove to the dealership where I was met by Albert Garver, Sales Executive. He handled my introduction to the dealership and informed me that Jared was, unfortunately, not in. Albert then showed me to the vehicle I was looking at purchasing. I'm not 100% sure of other's dealership experiences. Typically, the vehicle is brought in by a transporter who works at the dealership, however, I was just brought to the car where Albert said he was going to get the keys to the other cars out of the way. I was in the vehicle checking it out speaking with my mother who drove me to the dealership. Albert then requested that my mother and I take it for a test drive. Now that was very odd. You, as a seller, should come with the test driver. How are you supposed to gauge interest in the vehicle and get a sale if you don't? My mother requested that he come with me because even she found that odd. During our test drive, Albert made very little effort to make conversation or even gauge my interests. All in all, it was turn here...turn there. Mechanically, the car drove as I had expected. The color of the vehicle was Red with the Black Interior, which wasn't the option I was looking for but, I was willing to make the drive and maybe even purchase based on the price and offer they could have provided me. When I returned from the test drive. I was asked to park the car back in its original location. To reiterate, I am the customer, it would have been courteous if I could have dropped it off at the front of the dealership and it was moved by a transporter. That isn't my usual experience and I would like to think I was being neutral as I should in terms of my introduction. It just seemed like blatant disrespect. I brushed it off, just waiting to get to the table and begin negotiations. Before exiting the vehicle, I asked Albert to confirm if it was a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. To which he replied with a question asking me: "Did it say that online?" To be frank, if you work at the dealership you should know your inventory. If Jared was not going to arrange for anyone to pick up my appointment to be prepared, the least he could have done is provide me with a courtesy call or text informing me of his absence. For context, the vehicle was a 2021 Mazda Miata MX-5 RF with 22,939 miles. We went through the same process of: "How are you going to pay?" etc. etc. After I answered the questions for Mr. Garver. I was met with an out-the-door price of a little over $29,000. One thing that caught my eye was what Mr. Garver referred to as a fee for the inspection of the vehicle. Now, it is a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle I expect it to be inspected as per Mazda's policy for Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles. If that inspection comes at an additional car, it should be placed with the base selling price which is again stated in Mazda's Certified Pre-Owned Policy you can't inspect a vehicle and charge CPO prices to charge me AGAIN for an inspection. I questioned Albert on that and he grew visibly frustrated in the 15 minutes we were sat down. I asked if there was anything we could do about the out-the-door price. To which he asked my mother and I to follow him. He proceeded to take us to the desk of Arnold Vargas. Who said that the price wouldn't be changed and that there was nothing they could do. Personally, the fact Albert Garver and Arnold Vargas were not willing to even discuss pricing with me and took me straight into the office of his manager proved to me that my business was not welcomed at Mazda of North Miami. For that reason, I will not be returning.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A MAZDA AGAIN

This is the 2nd time my husband and I leased cars with Mazda of North Miami. We leased our cars in April of 2020. A CX9 and CX30. From April we both have to consistently bring in the cars for one issue or another. This has happened every single month from April. Today is August 27. 3 weeks ago I had to bring in my car because the ac was not working. 3 weeks prior to that the ac again stopped working. The month before my husband had to bring in his car 3 times to get the battery replaced. Talk about a lemon!! Nobody wants to speak to you when this happens because it’s no ones fault and they put the blame on everyone. Today, my dash board lit up with a message “parking light malfunction. Have the vehicle inspected”. How many times from April to August do I need to bring in a brand new car??????? This is just [non-permissible content removed]. The cars are faulty! And I am calling Mazda of north Miami and I am pissed and aggravated and yes I used bad language because this has become a monthly issue where we have to keeping bringing in either my car or my husband for some issue or another. And YES CARLOS WAS RUDE. AND YES I DID CURSE BECAUSE IF ONLY HE UNDERSTOOD MY ISSUE ANS FRUSTRATION. BUT I GUESS IT WAS TIME FOE CARLOS TO GO HOME AND HE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED. I WOULD AND NEVER WILL PURCHASE A MAZDA. NOR RECOMMEND TO MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS. Carlos cut me off while speaking and told me he is NOT service because he couldn’t be bothered. Well Carlos thanks u for that so much for customer service and being a so called MANAGER. I will continue to go on all Mazda sites where I can write a review and do so. Because no one could be bothered. So I will do what I need to to bring attention to the right people. I may or may to get a response. But the Impact will be felt somehow because you guys don’t [non-permissible content removed] nor do you care

I was over 2yrs into my lease on a Mazda 6 and was researching my next vehicle. I came across this dealership. I enquired about the options as I hadn't leased before. Javier contacted me and we met to discuss options. Cut to the chase, I was in the dealership for under three hours and left driving a new Mazda MX-5 touring with premium trim and a lower lease Payment. Best vehicle purchase experience

Last week I purchased my second vehicle from MAZDA of North Miami, and I must add, the experience was as smooth and rewarding as the first time. Of course, this was made entirely possible due to the unmatched friendliness and professionalism of Manny Funcia and Chris Valle. In my 50 plus years, I have purchased many vehicles at many dealers, but I can honestly say, the process at other dealers does not compare. After a day of car hunting all over the place I certainly saved the best for last. Mike Woolf was the sales rep I worked with. He was nice, friendly and easy to work with. None of those obnoxious car salesmen tricks and constant pushing to get me to sign anything. Showed me what I wanted to see, made some recommendations and boom, I got the car I wanted for a price I was content with. The whole process at this dealership was easy as pie, I was treated with respect and felt like these people here really took care of their customers. Would recommend this place hands down.

Saturday, 1/19/2019, I leased a new Mazda 3 Touring from Victor Benhaim at Mazda of North Miami. I was near the end of my 3-year lease with my 2016 Mazda, so called Victor and let him know I wanted another Mazda 3 with standard transmission. He not only found the car I wanted, but also got it for me for the same low monthly rate. Everyone at the dealership is lovely and service is awesome there too! Best Test Drive Ever

I'm loathe to deal with car dealerships. My experiences for the most part have been very negative, but the second I arrived and Javier helped me out, I knew this would be very different. Javier was full of humor, patience, knowledge and preparation. He showed me all the features of the car in detail and took me on the very best test drive ever. Any type of situation in which you would like to test a car's speed, handling and braking were in full display. The negotiation process was lengthy, but he showed incredibly respect, professionalism, understanding and patience. I highly recommend him and I'm ecstatic with my purchase.

Luther Guirand went above and beyond for my recent CX9 purchase. Firstly, I had done a lot of research and came in with a no haggle out the door price. Within 30 minutes Luther e-mailed me back confirming the deal. We then changed our minds last minute on color and again Luther came through.
