Rude, unprofessional, [non-permissible content removed] and price manipulators. I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer, involving Yasniel, the manager at the Miami location. I've been trying to look at a Hellcat that apparently is owned by the dealer's owner. It is advertised on their site but not kept on their lot. An appointment needs to be scheduled so the owner can bring it it. I called the dealership on Thursday. After being transferred to a few different people, I apparently ended up speaking briefly to Yasniel, who never told me his name. I told him there was a 99.9% chance I would be able to be there on Saturday to see the car. He said he would call me the next day to confirm, so he could make sure the car was there. The next afternoon I got no call. So, not knowing the name of the person I had spoken to the day before (Yasniel), I messaged my contact at the dealer who goes by the name of Jessica, telling her that I was expecting a callback but still hadn't gotten one. No one ended up calling. So I made a 50 minute drive to the dealer on Saturday morning and was led into Yasniel's office. He told me the car wasn't there. I asked why he didn't get back to me the day before like he said he would. He denied telling me that he would call me. He said I was supposed to call him, which is an absolute lie. I offered to show him the message I had sent the day before, asking for the callback that I had been told I would receive. He still refused to even acknowledge the possibility that maybe he was at fault or apologize for any misunderstanding. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. His response was "Yes, sir. I'm calling you a liar." He stood there staring daggers at me like he wanted to fight me - to the point that I had to ask him why he was looking at me like that to get him to stop. So apparently I sent a message the day before, confirming that I was expecting a callback and then made an almost two hour round trip drive to the dealership, just to lie to his face. Also, the price of the vehicle was $67,551 when I spoke to him on Thursday. Friday morning it had gone up to $74,995. Yasniel told me the owner had adjusted the price. That's one hell of an adjustment. I should have believed all the negative reviews about this place before ever contacting them. This dealership, and especially the manager, have no idea how to speak to or treat customers. And I have no idea how someone like Yasniel even has a job involving customer service because he is dishonest, beyond rude has no clue what providing service to customers means.

So after reading many reviews on this place I am finding that the majority of the negative comments are true. I responded to an online ad for a truck that they supposedly had on their lot and was told that it was available and they even asked me to schedule a test drive, mind you l live about 5 hours away. After reading some reviews on here I decided to call them and make sure that it was in fact still there and was told by another individual that the vehicle was sold (these conversations were about 15 minutes apart).. Needless to say I'm glad i didn't waste my time driving all the way there for something that didn't exist. I'm also glad I didn't go through the rest of the buying process like some of you have only to be screwed over by dishonest sales people. Don't waste your time on this place. Not to mention they cant even label the vehicle models correctly.

The prices online are not final prices; after meeting with sales person and manager, they told me that I had to add a 20% to the listed price. Also cars presented on line are not on inventory; I had different stock numbers to check and none of them were on the physical inventory.

I saw an Infinity I was interested in. I called the actual 42 ave location to confirm they had it, they said yes in the AM. I called again in the PM to confirm again, they said yes. When I got there I was told some mickey mouse story that the car had problems and had to be returned. They also listed a second identical car but guess what? They didn't have that one either. Then they tried to sell me a totally different car as I walked out. I just got in my car and left. The cars on the lot don't even have prices on them. Whatever you do, don't come here.

These guys advertise cars they do not have in inventory. I found a vehicle online, called to inquire, set up an appointment to test drive, called just before I left to ensure the car was still available, and arrived there only to be told it was "sold". This was yesterday, the car still shows up on search. Frankly I don't know how these websites keep featuring these guys. Don't waste your time on them.

False Sales Prices and Bullies

Yesterday, a friend and I purchased a car. The sales price of the car before taxes was 9,700, with taxes and fees the salesman Gel told both us that the financing price for 60 months with payments of $299 is $12,800 and some change however, after signing and was told to come back the next day to receive a copy of my signed forms (which I found weird) I found out that my finance total was $17,947. I asked how so? my sales manager Gel answer "i'm not sure my manager would have to give you that answer but "he's not here today". After crying my eye lashes off. I told him I would like to return the car it's been less than 24hr Gel the sale managers said all cars are final sale. Which we asked during the negotiating process and was told yes you can return the car within 30 days. During the negotiating process I felt bullied by three men. I THOUGHT I was getting what we all agreed to and what was stated to me multiple of times. I would never recommend this place to any one and I hope the viewers take my review into consideration I do not want you to be treated the way I was treated .

Shady Beyond Belief

Inquired about 2 cars there. They told me one was there. I checked everyday last week same story. I drive 2 hours to get there oopsie the car is in another location. Hmmmmmm rather than call them on a patent lie I said ok. Call me Monday morning they said we promise first thing we will call. They don't call and finally a manager at another location tells me the truth. The car was SOLD. They messed me around for a week and ruined my weekend driving 4 hours just because they couldn't be honest. They will never get so much as a penny of our money for any reason. I would stay far away from this company. The guy who claimed to be a manger who told me about the car wouldn't even identify himself as being a manager. If you give these guys 25K of your money you deserve to be taken. Consider yourself forewarned

horrible.. on the website they said all cars have a full warranty they lied I haven't had my car for over a year my engine is gone and they said they cant help me at all... this company is full of it no help at all worst experience

I had a very challenging situation, and the professionalism received from everybody at Car Factory was superb, my recommendation, give them a chance to help you. I was able to negotiate the advertised price and get a monthly payment that suit my needs. WAY TO GO CAR FACTORY!!!

I call them to inquire about a vehicle they say they have ready for me to test drive. I get there and the car isnt even there. The second time was for a different car but within the same week. They said its ready for you to test drive. Get there and the car isnt even there they sold it 3 weeks ago??????? Get it together and stop lying to people just so they come to your 12 car lot.

To whom it may concern: I recently contacted the Car Factory to purchase a car, and my experience was terrible. I called on 3 occasions to ensure the car was available and at there location. On each occasion I was told the car was onsite, and it was available. On 3 occasions I arrived to the dealership, only to be told the car was not at the dealership but at another location. Upon my final visit, I was told the car sold prior to my arrival. I found this deal to have wasted my time, and I found them to be very dishonest. I strongly recommend no one purchase a car from this dealer. Thank you for reading my review, and I do hope you found it helpful.

They sold me a car that needed a new fuel pump and they did not even tell me about it. So when I had gone to refuel, my car would not start. Never support dealerships who play nasty tricks like this. Do not buy from them.

This dealership are [non-permissible content removed], they sold me a car and on my way home I notice lot of problem with the car, I called my sales Representative Roberto Pavone to let him know that I don't want the car anymore and he told me that they cannot exchange the car or return. I went to speak with the person that did my finance and he said I have talk to a sales manager. so I try to get in touch with the sales manager Jose Garcia, called the dealership more than 10 times and they forwarded my call to a phone which nobody insert. I also went to the dealership three and every time I arrived ohh no your sales representative is not here today or no your sales manager is not there. all of this happen between June 12 to 16. I was finally able to speak to Mr. Jose Garcia The sales manager, which told me that he can exchange the car, but I don't want no exchange, I told him that. so we went back and forth and he finally take the car back, and told me that you cannot refund your down payment but I can give you a credit. I don't want no credit I want my $3500 down payment, they didn't give me my down payment. You said you wouldn't exchange or take the car back but you did and now you don't want to give me back my refund. thats not happening because Im going to contact my lawyer and sue them. I also suggest anybody that want to get a car from that dealership dot not because you would regret it, the price on the website would be different then the one you will be paying, its over priced, they will over charge you. I know I made a mistake by going there but I don't want you to make the same.
