I had a vehicle in your service area for about 5 days. The problem was electrical and unresolved. I was 5 days in a rent a car and was frantic. Service needed a 10 hr extension of diagnostics with no guarantee of diagnosing the problem. It was a 2006 Limited Edition Commander Jeep. I went over to Melbourne Boniface and looked at potential vehicles. Nothing with good gas mileage that would fit 3 grown Golden Retrievers, English Cream. On a Sat. afternoon I went up to Boniface in MI. I had looked online at waht was there. I was searching for a used vehicle and could not spend but about @0,000.00. The shop foreman had mentioned I see Bobby Keeler. As I was walking through your lot Bobby Keeler came out in a Firecracker Red Cherokee jeep. I said no I cannot have a new vehicle, and he said it is used. He let know the price, that he would pay my rent a car bill and my service bill of !39.00. He was helpful, and made the whole deal doable. He went the extra mile for a customer, and minimized my worries. Awesome Gent. Though it is not my ideal vehicle, it will hold my 3 Goldens in case we have to Evacuate in a Hurricane, tho a tight fit. The vehicle is reliable which is important as I am a Professor at EFSC with all 8:00 am classes. Again thank you guys! And if you can find a spare for me that would be great., as there is no spare... went to Boniface hires on Merritt island to look at a truck that I liked on the internet. Anthony was the salesman that I was dealing with. He was nice to deal with, great truck, happy with the deal and the staff at the dealer. Wish I could have got it cheaper but worth what I paid. this is my second time I purchased form Boniface hiers, one big reason is the life time warranty and staff.

2014 Sentra

The purchase experience was good. The salesman, Gio, is great. When I got home I did an overall check of the fluids, etc. I found old oil, dirty air filter, windshield fluid was empty, and tires were at 24 psi. I fixed all these problems immediately on my own. My wife wanted to replace her Lincoln MKS with a new STR Charger, her favorite car. Due to the lack of major details in vehicle delivery I believe Lexus is looking pretty good if we plan on spending $50,000 for a car. I never made contact with anybody reference these issues due to past experience with Dodge service practices with our last Charger.
