Great Dealership

by RBar on 12/07/2018

Everyone was so helpful and worked out the best deal for me that they could do! It was enjoyable not being pressured into the purchase of the Sorento.

Love my QX50

by Keyla10 on 06/05/2018

My experience with the sales team was personable and professional. I didn't feel like I was being "sold", but was listened to concerning my wants and requirements. I also found them to be knowledgeable.

Great dealership to work with!

by jcc_ccjj on 01/03/2018

We had a great experience at Infiniti of Melbourne! They found us the car we wanted to lease and had it brought in quickly. The sales group and financial group were fantastic in getting us in the car we wanted in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them!

Watch For Leasing Scam

by Raymondjland on 06/05/2017

Recently, my lease on a 2013 M37 expired and they scheduled a Vehicle Condition Inspection. The inspector showed me some minor scratches on the front bumper and said that they would be billing me for their repair. I was incredulous but soon realized that this was a scam to try and get you to buy or lease a new Infiniti because they would then waive the charge. This was my third and last Infiniti and went across the street and leased a Kia Sorrento.

Broken promises and a lost customer

by DocFord on 03/03/2017

Not just poor service, but continual lies. I have been a customer of this dealership for 7 years. I will never buy from this dealer. Wednesday 2/22 "Dan" called me asked if I was returning my QX60 he had some great deals. I explained I wanted to get back into a QX80 (my previous vehicle), that I had found two 2016 models to buy at dealers in Orlando, told him the mileage and price, clean carfax, and that I couldn’t see anything of his website that met that price. He told me he could match the price and would call me back the next day, Thursday. Thursday he called me back, and the conversation started badly, he started to talk about a 2014 model and another model in black and another model with higher miles. At that point, I politely reminded him of our conversation the previous day, and he apologized and said he could still help me, and would call me back that afternoon, which he did. Thursday afternoon he called me to say he had sourced a 2015 QX80, vehicle right color, less then 10k miles, and he could match the price of the other dealer $44 to $45k. He said the vehicle would be ready Friday and he would call me in the morning. He didn’t call me Friday morning, so I called him Friday afternoon, he said that the vehicle was on the way, it would be there some time that day. He would call me back. On Saturday, still no call, so I called him again, he said he was sorry the vehicle had been delayed on the transporter, but he expected it today (Saturday) I explained to Dan that I was ready to buy, I didn’t want to lose out on the deal at the Orlando dealer, and asked him straight out, did he REALLY have the vehicle coming in at the price and specification he promised, because if not, to tell me, I could go elsewhere, and he GUARANTEED the vehicle was on the way at the price and deal agreed. This was just the start of what turned out to be a string of bare faced lies. Saturday, and Sunday we exchanged text messages where he again assured me the deal terms. Monday, the vehicle still had not arrived, Dan did not call me, so I text him, and he apologized, said he would find out the delivery date and tell me on Tuesday. Tuesday he could still not tell me the delivery date, but promised again by text in writing, that he would let me know Wednesday if it had arrived, and if not, what the status was (when it would arrive) Wednesday March 1st by 530pm, he had not called or text, so again we contacted the dealer. Dan was not available, so we spoke to “Gary” who said he would investigate. At 6pm today, Gary called us back to say “that they had purchased the vehicle, but they did not know when it was coming, and (his exact words to follow) “apparently we have purchased the vehicle but we don’t know where it is, or when it is coming, it depends on when the driver has a space on his truck, they do not let them know when the vehicles will be coming in” Gary said if he could find out anything else, he would let us know…but given the lies and failed promises of the last week, I was not holding my breath. Friday morning (today) 10 days after they said the car would be there “tomorrow” I got a message saying the vehicle was there, and asking how quickly I could be there, as they were “holding it for me” Here is the kicker The Salesman Dan had GUARANTEED ME it had 8k to 10k mile - it now has 22k miles (perhaps they have been driving it for the last 10 days to put an extra 12k miles on it) The GUARANTEED price of $44k was now “I can probably get you under $50k. Actually, you “probably cannot” because I will not be giving you my business. David claimed the vehicle was worth $70k new, which is also incorrect, because it is a base model with no extras, so the real new price would be $60k. I will happily pay more to shop anywhere but Infiniti of Melbourne, where after they sell, they certainly do not serve! Thank you. Just a week of my life wasted on a string of lies, broken promises from Dan at Infiniti of Melbourne. I am glad I kept his text messages as evidence.

Internet Director and her team were great

by ajrs1244 on 10/03/2015

Buying a new Q70L was a pleasure. All done by email while traveling in Europe. The car was out when we visited the dealership, and the test drive and demonstration was done very well. Visiting the business manager took twice as long and we walked away with a mass of paper. This is the part of purchasing a car that needs to change to meet today's expectations!

I wish there were negative stars ....

by air8 on 03/12/2015

The GM Brian and the Sales Manager were rude and yelled at me when I brought up a discrepancy with the mileage on the car and the paper work . The vin number is also showing a different vehicle instead of anwsering my questions or putting me at ease they threatened to raise my interest rate so they would increase my payments . My husband is a service member who sacrifices his life so that they have the freedom to yell at me . They advised me that I am not allowed on the premises although I have a warranty provided by them so are denying me services as well please go else where if you are looking for a good car and a good customer service experience .

Fantastic - Start to Finish

by BusyExecWoman on 03/12/2014

Every associate at the dealership involved in the sale (I did mine over the internet), trade in evaluation, financing and closing - was awesome. No high pressure tactics. The guys were straight up. Stuck to the offer made over the net on a used QX56 with 10K miles (i was worried they might not have it when i got there - but it was there and I did buy it). They really worked with me on my trade in to get a net # i was comfortable with. I looooooove the car. Also - did this on a Sunday with 2 kids in tow so did not have time to think thorugh extra warranty and stuff. the following week the finance manager reached out wiht a rate that was 50bps lower and an extended warranty offer that was amazing. They sent a guy to my house in Orlando with all the new paperwork to sign. Could not have asked for better service.

CHEATED US

by sunscreenplay on 07/27/2013

DO NOT GO TO INIFINITI OF MELBOURNE. they will cheat you and worst, they will rob you of your respect. We were fraudulently pushed into buying a Infiniti JX35 that was advertised as CERTIFIED pre-owned. After a long tussle and a loss of faith we offered to buy the Certification for additional $900 but were denied certification! Additionally, MR. JOE T. was extremely rude and humiliated us by using derogatory language and literally showed us the door! We are extremely hurt and disappointed because we had did not mind paying. Here are the complete details of our horrifying experience and loss of honor. EVERYONE should be careful with this dealership. You want an Infiniti, get it, but not this place-- Infiniti Melbourne misrepresented a used vehicle as Preowned Certified on their website. After signing the papers they refuse to honor the certification. 1. We contacted for an ePrice on the infiniti melbourne website for a pre owned certified Infiniti Jx35 SUV. 2. Accordingly Mr Chase C., salesperson contacted us for a test drive that afternoon. 3. After test drive, we came to an agreement with Mr.C. for buying the SUV at $38,000 with Navigator included. We also agreed to trade in our 2003 Honda Civic (in prime condition driven only 52,000miles) for $4,500. 4. At no point did he mention that the car was not Certified pre owned and we have to pay extra for the certification warranty. 5. This fact was also hidden by Mr. Barry M. and we were misled to accept a finance offer of 2.49%APR for the loan, while the offer for certified preowned infiniti vehicles was 0.9%APR. 6. We called Infiniti Melbourne the next day but Both Mr M. and Mr. C. were on Leave. 7. Next day, we went to the dealership office at infiniti melbourne to inform them about this and request for certification as advertised and give us a correct APR on our loan. 8. Both Mr M. and Mr C. refused to acknowledge the advertisement and make any changes. 9. Initially Mr C. said that if we want we can return the car and take back our old car, we didn't mind although our main intention was to get a fair deal. At this point MR. JOE T. barged in the cublicle and spoke threateningly and rudely, saying that we had already signed the papers and nothing can be done. We tried to reason calmly but to no avail. He rudely took away the papers from us in a threatening way and said that he will push us out if we stay anymore. 10.The sad part is even after being so humiliated we were ready to accept a cut back of $900 on our trade-in car to get the 0.9% APR for our loan but we were denied the deal and informed about it after 2-3 hrs of painful anxiety and loss of honor. BUY YOUR INIFINITI FROM SOMEONE WHO WILL RESPECT YOU AND NOT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE "YOU DONT DESERVE IT!"

Pleasant and Productive

by americantug on 02/17/2010

What a breath of fresh air. After trying to find a garage mate for my GX470 (I was origionally looking at the 2010 RX350) and finding my local Lexus dealers to be totally uninterested in dealing on a vehicle and not recognizing the Edmunds TrueValue pricing, I gave up on Lexus as a repeat customer. Infiniti, on the other hand wanted my business, actually pulled up the Edmunds report for me, gave me a very fair price for my trade (and no hassle), and a beat Lexus on pricing and options. This Infiniti, the 2010 FX35, is the total package. Way more features than Lexus. A solid feel, quieter, quicker, no silly front wheel side pull on acceleration, and made in Japan-not Canada (no offense eh!). This is not your usual 60 plus year-old old lady car (hey, I can say this, I'm 59). Sure, the Lexus RX350 is a standard, but it is boring, noisey, lacking in features, overpriced.....and did I mention boring. I would need a pacemaker to stay awake at the wheel. And the Infiniti? Quietly, surely, completely, producing a quality product loaded with features that Lexus would never give you. Wonder what? Illuminating lights under the outside mirrors, folding mirrors at a reasonable price, keys that remember your personal settings by the key individually, a sound system that is quality (Bose) not cheap and a name stamped on, much easier to use controls, seven gears (not six), more room, wider stance, more powerful engine (and it doesn't have to have premium fuel to run). Lexus has lost a customer for now. They have a poor corporate culture, their dealers are arrogant, and their product dated (even when updated). Bravo Infiniti!

Typical Dealership [violative content deleted]

by tutone on 02/02/2008

Salesman name: Albert Ice. I have to give him credit..... he fooled us and made us like it. The man is a pro at selling. Not quite sure how he does it. He sold us a [violative content deleted] Infinity M45 that was in such poor shape it was slated for sale at the auto auction. Somehow he made us love the car, took our money, and now his customer service, his "promises" that the dealership "owes" us was a bunch of [violative content deleted]. My lawyer will be contacting them soon. If you go to this dealerhsip for a car.... BEWARE!!!!
