Tire replacement for my Porsche 911 Carrera

I highly recommend Porsche Orlando Service department! Unfortunately, I got a couple of screws on my rear tire. I called them up and was able to schedule a pickup, this team took care of my car & replaced the tire quickly with no hassle. Great first experience!

I searched for my perfect first 911 for months before locating it at Porsche Orlando. I made an online contact and was called within 15 minutes. I met Ken who became my sales rep. He immediately offered and performed a face time live walk around of the car which helped convince me to drive to the dealership to further investigate. The entire process working with Ken was flawless and the most stress free car purchase I’ve made (& I have bought many many cars over my life). The actual pricing, purchase, and delivery were also flawless. Since the purchase, both Ken and the dealership have followed up multiple times to help with any questions I had and to ensure I was fully enjoying my first 911. One month later the car is great and Ken still periodically checks in. Great overall experience and I would drive 4 hours again for the next Porsche!

Porsche of Orlando provided a stunning performance for my service. Greeters, service shop videos, an assigned service manager--all were friendly and professional looking our for my welfare. Their customer lounge is great, comfortable with plenty of snacks, coffee, beverages and reading material. I am quite satisfied with the experience and feel my Porsche was well taken care of.

Very pleased with service and service team

I took my new vehicle in for a minor repair that occurred when vehicle was shipped from manufacturer. The service team was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable about the repair. It was done in a very timely manner. In addition to the repair, they took their time to further explain some of the other options I had on the car and assist with getting it set up as I want it.

I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and commitment I received from Josh and if you think $5500.00 for oil change and two tiers is a reasonable price? I paid a large amount for oil change before but I got a better service from the advisor, since the Chang in staff things not the same and Josh he is not returning my call.

If you dont have a warranty....don't use this place

Took my 2008 Cayman to find an issue with a noise. Sent me a nice video walk around of my car and tried to tell me that the problem was a part I had just changed a week earlier. Might have helped if they had opened the engine compartment to take a look instead of "assuming" they knew the issue source. I informed them I had already changed the part they were blaming for the noise but they sent me on my way a few hundred dollars lighter in my pocket...and no closer to figuring out my issue. After leaving a couple of emails and then a bad review, I finally got a call back asking for a second look which ended up being 2 weeks later because of scheduling conflicts. I got so fed up with the noise I took it to a buddys shop in Clermont and for under a $100 they found the issue...which WAS NOT the AOS as Porsche proclaimed. They even tried to sell me additional parts on the intake that had also...already been changed! Might help to open the hood and take a look before trying to sell a bunch of parts I don't need. Do yourself a favor and if your car is not under warranty, stay as far away from this place. Too many other reputable car shops in town with people willing to do the work.
