I talked to Tommy on the phone on Thursday (9/22/16) about the 2012 Lincoln MKZ. He explained everything to me. He was so nice on the phone. I went that Saturday and looked at the car and drove it. I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape that I found through my bank USAA. I contacted Sharon Hutchinson and arranged to meet her on a Saturday since I live 2 hours away from the dealership. My wife and I arrived at the dealership and were immediately welcomed, shown where the coffee pot was and invited to make ourselves at home. Sharon was busy with a delivery with another customer, so we would have to wait. We wandered out to the lot to look at the Escape I was looking at to buy. One of the dealer reps came out and handed us the keys to the vehicle to allow us to look it over while waiting for Sharon. During our wait, I happened to look up the dealer's website and saw that the Escape was listed $1000 below what I was quoted via my bank. Asked Sharon if the price was correct and could I get it for that price. She stated "it would be no problem." After all was said and done, we drove off with an Escape at an excellent price and had none of the high pressure push to use their financing group or any other high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend Walt's to anybody who is looking for a replacement vehicle or a second vehicle. Good people and dealership, will look at them first when I am in the market again.

Our experience at Walt's Ford was a pleasant surprise. We had poor experiences with car dealers in the past and were not looking forward dealing with the entire process of trading cars. The entire team bent over backwards to help us. We told them exactly what we could pay and they met that price. The Focus Titanium we purchased is totally a joy to drive.
