WORST KIA DEALER IN SOITH FLORIDA

Sales man edson was a nice guy and worked with me . From there it went down hill bad..The finance guy is [non-permissible content removed] He will raise or lower your intrest rate to sell you service plans and warrantys. The next guy is the sales manager he will tell you he is from new hamphire give you a 603 area code number and be real nice and offer to take care of everything till your deal is final .l have text messages i sent him a list of issues he said in text that he would take care of everything. went there to meet with him and he told me no the only thing they will do is what they caused some scratches on the chrome and door pilar. I have the text messages from him i will be submittig to our company attorney I will post there names soon so you can be aware of them. manager name is kenny And the finance guy is jorge

SALES SCAM!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! My husband and I went in with cash to buy a car and we did not want to pay more than 35k. The sales rep told us we could get a 41k car for 35k if we leased it first as there was a manufacturer's rebate for leasing for 6500. We agreed to this with a downpayment of 13k because we knew we were going to buy the car or we would have never put down 13k!!! Now we want to buy it and we are told that the buyout price is not 35k minus all that we paid, but instead what they feel like the car is worth which is 8 thousand dollars more!!!! None of the people work there anymore so they claim they can't hold anyone accountable and they weren't there when the conversation was happening. My husband and I are both math majors and we did the math FOUR TIMES WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE to ensure the final buyout price was what we had left on the car. Now the manager Devin just said sorry you should have read your contract it's in there. I specifically asked the question "how much do we pay at the end" several times!!! We wrote it all down on our paperwork! The representative NEVER showed us the residual value number which means kia priced the car worth way more than we had left paying towards the car. I am disgusted all round and will make sure to tell everyone I know, through every social media outlet never to visit this location because their staff blatantly scammed us to get a sale! I would have just bought my car outright and left like I wanted to but instead I am having to pay a price way higher than what I owe! How unethical and no empathy from this company!! Stay away!!!!!! Also I was calling to get ahold of Devin for days now and leaving messages and today Lauren said to me in the most condescending tone..."I don't know who you are leaving messages for but he doesn't have a voice-mail", come to find out he does and he was getting my messages. When I said to her "your company is treating me very unethical" her response was "This isn't myyy company and Kia doesn't make money on this car " What garbage!! Terrible service and Lauren really need to learn how to speak to customers.

The salesman was nice, and very helpful. Everything pre-sale was great. Since then, I am getting a little alarmed at the communication. If things get taken care of shortly (as outlined below) then I would go back to a 10 and will highly recommend.

Awesome place to buy a vehicle

I knew the car I wanted. I went into Phil Smith Kia and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Steve Resavy was my Salesperson who not only showed me the vehicle I wanted, but walked me through all the details and safety features of the vehicle. I was so impressed with Steve's knowledge and he is a really great guy, too. After test driving the vehicle he walked me around the dealership to show me where I can go for service when needed. All this for a pre-owned vehicle! The pricing was fair as well. In the end, I knew I made the right decision on purchasing a 2016 Kia Sorento at Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point.

My salesman Marc Jean Paul was great! He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. Tony the sales manager and Mundy in finance were a pleasure to deal with as well. I never felt any pressure at all throughout my whole buying experience. Thank you and great job guys!

Useless

Full of empty promises, lies, disregard, dismissive, ignorant and unhelpful. Wouldn't reply to emails, wouldn't reply to phone messages. Took threats of law suits to get any response. Went through every level of staff , Anna D, Mark F. and up to to management where I had the displeasure of dealing with the ignorant and dismissive Hugh Okoye and do nothing George Psihogios so called operating partner. Stay away from this bunch, you will be better off elsewhere.

Best Car Deal From Kia!!!

Stopped by hoping to get a good deal on a pre-owned vehicle. After about 20 minutes of viewing cars on my own, Elsa came out and introduced herself. Upon assessing my needs, she, eventually, led me to the car of would buy and got a fantastic deal! Great experience with my Kia salesperson. No pressure!!
