onOur Sales Person, Pierre Bartolomei offer us an outstanding experience during our time there at Lakeland. My wife was looking for awhile into the market and the team from Lakeland Mercedes took her seriously and from sales, manager and finance, put a deal together for us and realized my wife desire. Pierre amaze me with all the features on the new GLC300 and I can tell, this guy’s know their products… We definitely recommend Pierre as a sales person and will buy more cars from Fields…

Kudos to Laura and Fields Mercedes Benz Team

onLaura Hesington the Best: We were having a problem with our 2022 Tiffin Wayfarer (Sprinter Chassis) Motorhome's rear camera and scheduled an appointment for service. I called and talked to Laura Hesington to set it up. When we arrived at the dealership I asked for Laura and explained to her what the problem was. We went to the Motorhome, I explained to her that the camera had started working again since we made the appointment. She told me that they would dig into it and try to find the problem. I told her that we would leave it with them. After we left the dealership she called us sometime thereafter to let us know that they were able to duplicate the issue. She explained that it was a Tiffin manufacturing defect when it was built. She called Tiffin Warranty group in Alabama to get the authorization for the repair. I am sure it was frustrating to stay on hold for close to an hour to get this resolved for us. She was able through email to communicate with the warranty department and was able to get our camera repaired with the terms that were agreed upon. We appreciate and commend Laura for going above and beyond when other dealership Service Representatives would have said that they couldn't help us and that we would have to deal with the factory warranty on our own. So we would like to give Laura and the Fields Mercedes Benz Team a Big Kudos.

onIt's always a pleasure doing business with the people at Fields Mercedes Benz of Lakeland. My service advisor, Bill Atkins, is great to work with. He listens to what you have to say and follows up to make sure everything is done perfect. Unfortunately, in this day and age, women still don't get the same treatment or are listened to, as if they don't really know cars. Fields Mercedes Benz of Lakeland and Bill Atkins don't do that. I can call them myself and be heard unlike other dealers where my husband has to make the service call to get the treatment we hope for. Having also used Fields BMW of Lakeland, I have only praise for this company. 5 star all the way

Bad service

onOn Monday the 19th I had brought my vehicle in to get serviced I had spoke with Katie at first everything was all good I had taken off a week from work to make sure that my car was getting done my car work part was ordered Monday which is a steering wheel lock they told me it would arrive Friday but it arrived Wednesday my car sat there without a diagnostic test I kept coming everyday to make sure my car was getting touched or fixed or done for the first 3 days my car did not get a diagnostic test when I spoke with the mechanic he showed me that he touched the steering wheel and told me that was the problem so it did not properly get diagnosed which I'm upset about that cuz I had to pay for a diagnostic test which it did not get hooked up to the machine because my car didn't even turn on so I shouldn't have had to pay for that for one two my car didn't get fixed till Friday and I watched every other vehicle pull up onto the property get fixed right away and get done and everybody got sent home well I had to come in everyday to watch my car just sit there on top of that I was sitting next to Katie near the food area and I overheard her and another employee talking bad about me the other lady said since your family now I can tell you this you should have sold him the the fucking part and told him to get the fuck out kick him out of here which I was very uncomfortable after that I had to speak with a manager to get my car done on Friday I have to waiting another 2 days after my part arrived and then on top of that the mechanic got done within 30 to 45 minutes to an hour and I was getting charged so much money for labor which it didn't even take that long I paid $1, 728 which is ridiculous for something that got done within 30 to 45 minutes to an hour after waiting all week and an extra two days when the part arrived on the Wednesday so once the mechanic was done fixing my vehicle which I was watching he sat there for another 20 to 30 minutes speaking with another mechanic just laughing and giggling and having a conversation when he could have got me out as soon as possible so I was very unsatisfied the only thing good came out of it that my car did get fixed but still not an excuse for me to get talked about in a bad manner and also have me wait for my car to get fixed I feel like I deserve for my money to get back to me which is very unfair that I had to sit there and wait an extra two days

onSarah my service advisor was amazing. She greeted me at the door after exiting my vehicle and addressed me by name. She made me feel like a well appreciated customer. Felt like the attention and service you would expect at a Mercedes dealership. I've never experienced this before at this dealership or any other.
