Damaged Vehicle

Earl Stewart Toyota couldn't deliver my new 2018 Toyota Tundra on time so they shipped it to me in Pennsylvania. The vehicle arrived damaged and was missing the extra set of wheels that were supposed to be included. They told me to get an estimate of damage and after I provided it to them they changed their story and told me that I had to go after the shipper that they hired myself. The shipper (RH Auto Transport) refuses to pay or turn into their insurance company. Now Earl Stewart wont return my phone calls. I found out that the sales manager (Jason) is friends with the shipper. Worst experience of car buying in my life. My 4th Toyota truck purchase in a row and now likely my last. Do NOT buy from Earl Stewart Toyota!

Had a great experience with Scott Mandler. He walked us through everything, went out of his way to search all cars to find us the right one with the best option package and the best price and taught me all about my new hybrid. Love that I feel they are honest and don't charge dealer fees. Hoping to have a good experience getting my servicing done in the future. The free tires for life is a great incentive.

Over the past 10+ yrs, I have bought many cars from Earl Stewart Toyota, and each time, I have had exceptional sales service. Bryan Draughon was the salesperson for my last 2 purchases. Not only is Bryan extremely knowledgeable about Toyota cars, but he's also extremely professional and friendly, like you're family. Bryan will go that extra mile (or 100!!) to find the car you want (color combination, etc.), even if they don't have it on their lot. He's that good!! Earl Stewart doesn't pull any punches and there is no haggling, which makes buying a new car a pleasant and no stress experience. Like I said, I have bought MANY cars from them over the years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. When I'm ready to buy a new car, I just text Bryan and he gets the ball rolling for me. So if you're looking for a new Toyota, I highly recommend you call Bryan Draughon - he'll get the ball rolling for you, even if he has to find your car somewhere else. We went to Earl Stewart Toyota in North Palm even though we live Boynton Beach, because they had the SUV we were looking for. During the sale I asked if they had shuttle service for customers who needed to drop off their vehicles and get back home until the vehicle was ready. They said yes, of course we do. HOWEVER, the first time I drove all the way up there to drop off my vehicle for service - I found out that they only have shuttle service for customers who live WITHIN 10 MILES of the dealership. It has been a major hassle getting my truck up there for service. If I go anywhere else - I am no longer eligible for the Tires for Life program. At this point I don't care, I'm trading the truck in on something else.

I think the people at your dealership I did a very good job getting me a car. At first I was skeptical I thought you're not going to deliver. It took a while to find me the car that I wanted But eventually you called and said you found a car I think Sophia Castillo did a very good job also she really worked Hard getting me the car

While my 2010 Prius was being serviced, I decided to go over to check out the used cars on the lot. Much to my happiness, Dewey was still a loyal employee of Earl Stewart. After about a minute we were talking like old friends again. He remembered the car that we purchased and asked if I still wanted a Prius and started the search. Within a second he had my next perfect car! Dewey and Earl Stewart are so easy to work with and it truly feels like family! I love the Prius and I know where I will be when its time to get a new vehicle. Thanks again, Dewey! See you soon!

Earl stewart toyota surpassed my expectations

Patricia Oliphant was the salesperson I dealt with and she couldn't have made my entire purchasing experience any better. She was happy to custom order a tundra that met my requirements and she kept in touch throughout the production and delivery process with frequent updates. Once my new truck arrived at the dealership she quickly set up an appointment for me to take delivery of he new vehicle. Earl Stewart's no haggle pricing and no dealership fees put them a notch above all other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. I would not hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from earl Stewart and Patricia.

Astonishing, Amazing, & very Patient!

I needed a car since March for personal reasons and tried to get approved any way possible but I believed that it would be impossible. Regis Baptise had patient and hope that I would eventually get a car especially the car that I want with a list of options to do. I gave up around May but he didn't and constantly checked on me to see if I still want a car and checked if I'm considering the options he gave me. I went with his plans but took me a while and he never rushed me. He told me to take my time and he will be here whenever I'm ready. It took me 4 months to be ready and I finally got the car I wanted. Young adults like me always want something now instead of what I need and Regis shared his experience with me and made me make the smart choice so later in life I don't end up in a hole. Thank you Toyota and thank you Regis!

Manager Josh Stewart greeted us and explained that lightning had disabled their electronic business systems. Not to worry - Product Specialist Brian Casey took over, listened to our needs, and in no time created an old fashioned hand written purchase order for our new Avalon Hybrid. (Brian is a technical wizard). Upon delivery, Marty in the Business Dept. got us the absolute best financing (with help from his boss). We were amazed to find such efficient professionals considering what brought us to Earl Stewart was his absolute lowest out the door pricing.

This was the smoothest experience ever. It truly was a NO hassle purchase. My sales person Joe Principato was so nice. I think I test drove three different models in one day and decided on the Rav-4. Which I love! Joe delivered my Rav- 4,with such a pleasant and proffesional attitude.

We were not looking forward to purchasing a new car because of the stereotypical hassle of the car buying experiences we've had in the past; the high pressure sales push, haggling over the price, stressing out about whether or not we were making the best deal and the right decision.... But Earl Stewart Toyota made buying a car a wonderful and fun experience. Everyone we encountered was courteous, respectful and friendly.Several friends of ours had purchased their cars from Earl Stewart Toyota and had all used the same sales person. Every single one of them had commented on what how terrific it was to do business with Karol Wilkins, and highly recommended we go in to speak with her. We were debating whether or not to buy a truck or SUV. Karol was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about all the vehicles we looked at. She was far more impressive, detailed, and thorough, than the salespeople at the other dealership/brand we visited. She took lots of time with us since it took us a couple of visits to decide on the right vehicle for us, then we shopped comparable vehicles from other brands, When we were finally able to decide on the vehicle we wanted (a RAV4 SUV) we were encouraged to get exactly the one we wanted and not pushed to take one already in stock. We ended up ordering one to get all the options we wanted. We were a little disappointed we were going to have to wait for our order to be filled, but decided 4 - 6 weeks would not be that long to wait to have exactly what we wanted. Yet,Thanks to the efficiency of Toyota and the Earl Stewart dealership, Karol called only TWO weeks later with the news that our vehicle had been delivered!! It is a beautiful RAV4 and we have not seen another like it on the road! Thanks so much to Karol Wilkins, the Earl Stewart Dealership and staff for the awesome experience. We are excited to be part of the Earl Stewart family!

I had a great experience last week when I went to visit Earl Stewart Toyota looking at what my options were to purchase a car for my husbands upcoming birthday in July. I was greeted by Regis. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I only went to look, but he took his time in showing me what was within my budget. I will be definitely be returning to Earl Stewart in the near future.

It was a pleasure doing business at Earl Stewart Toyota. When I went to take a look at a few cars I had seen on their website, I was warmly greeted by Dewey Ball. He made my buying experience painless and stress-free. From the minute he walked out to greet us he made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Dewey has outstanding customer service skills. He answered calls and text messages right away and called me back when he promised he would. When my husband couldnt make it to the dealership to check out the car I was interested in, he allowed me to take the car home and keep it for three days! He also offered to do some cosmetic work on the car without my having to ask. He was very patient and knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He gave us as much information as he could but allowed us to make our own decision. It did not feel like we were dealing with a typical salesperson. It felt like we were just chatting with a friend. I will not hesitate to recommend Dewey to anybody who is in the market for a car.
