onGot truck home, drove a couple days and found rear passenger door will not lock or unlock. Called salesman,cash, and was informed sold as is. Supposedly went thru shop and given a pre sale inspection.makes me wonder did they really do a presale inspection or not.

2022 Ford F250

onOverall great experience. Few minor issues. Truck was pictured with running boards but when delivered they were missing. And truck had only one key. Since this was a cars.com purchase I didn’t see in person. These two issues cost $500 bucks to fix and so far no response from dealer

Outstanding 5 star service

onAfter several not-so-great experiences with another Ford dealer I decide to take my truck to Rountree-Moore Ford in Lake City. The service department at Rountree-Moore is by far the best Ford dealer service department that I have experienced. The status of my repair was never in limbo as Jessica (my service advisor) was in constant contact with me to make sure that everything went smoothly. Polite, professional service the way it should be. Thank you, Rountree-Moore Ford.

Horrible Service From Service Manager

onRude, Horrible service from Service manager, desk help Santiago Gala should not be allowed to communicate with Customers, Our Dealership in Tallahassee called the Roundtree to have the vehicle picked up and Santiago was so Rude to the Service Manager and Salesman in Tallahassee as well... Total disregard for any kind of Customer service... I would not buy nor have a vehicle serviced if this was the last place around.

Not a fan of servicing at this dealer

onYour Review: I Felt like I inconvenienced them coming in for an appt (apparently made by the call center) at 4:30pm. They told me it would take approx 2 hours for the oil change. I had all my previous receipts for servicing. Why this time was I billed for 9qts of oil (when all other times) when my truck only takes 6.5qts?? I was promised a video, which I never received. And I get NO absolute answers to my questions. I would NOT refer anyone to get a routine oil change from this dealership. I only hope they changed the air filters they charged me for. I guess I have to write this overpriced ($211.60) routine checkup, on a hardly driven (33g mile) truck I bought brand new from this dealership, as Someone’s bonus.

Sketchy dealer never took care of my title, charges $3995 for bogus add-ons

onFirst of all, I love my new Ford Maverick and wouldn't trade it for the World. Ford is great and I am very happy with Ford. This particular dealer is sketchy and dishonest though. I hesitated on leaving a review of my experience, but this was my final straw. I just got a notice in the mail yesterday from my credit union - who financed the truck - that more than 90 days later, this dealer had never sent my title to them, so my payment will be going way up until I can get them a proper title showing them as the lien holder. This is a huge hassle for me. I paid them service fees for this. This should never be an issue and is inexcusable when you buy a new truck. Beware of the non-negotiable mandatory "$3995 Rountree Moore Ford Advantage" package of bogus rip-off addons such as nitrogen in the tires, vin sketching and other assorted dishonest bogus unnecessary nonsense. They don't tell you about this until it's too late. If you ask about it, they point to a sign with small print by the front door. The absolutely refuse to sell you the car you ordered from them without this package which should be optional. During the buying process and 10 month wait for my truck to arrive, communication from the dealer was non-existent. My salesman had passed away and I'm sorry about that, but assign me to someone else who will help me instead of keeping me hanging. I had to call or go in every time to check on my order status. An occasional email would have been sufficient. The service dept is not off to a good start either. I wanted to make an appointment for recall service. They told me to just drop it off on a Tuesday or Wednesday and they will get to it when they can. Making an appointment for this service was not possible. Well, #1) I work during the week, will need to take a day off to wait at the dealer and #2) I live 90 minutes away. No offer of a ride, loaner, rental or anything to help accommodate me was made. I'm 55 years old and have bought plenty of new cars in my life. This was absolutely by far the worst car-buying experience of my lifetime. I wouldn't recommend Rountree-Moore Ford to my worst enemy.

Quick and efficient

onF150 overheated on the interstate on the way home after taking it for its quarterly service to another service station. Rather than a repeat with said service station I decided to take it to Roundtree Ford since they specialize in Fords. They took me in rather late that day and despite that had me running smooth the next day by lunch. The check in counter staff was extremely helpful.
