From beginning to end our experience purchasing a car was excellent. Our sales person Patrick Schneider guided us through the purchase and delivery of the car with ease, answering every question in detail and anticipating questions well. The experience is one that we have never been afforded prior to dealing with Mercedes Benz of OP. It was painless and pleasant. The follow up was well done ensuring any questions that may have arisen were answered and each time I have returned for service Mr. Schneider has been there to greet me and ensure the process ran smoothly.
