Con Artistry down to a science

This dealership sold my wife a used car that had been in a front and rear end collision. Odd that they did not reveal this fact to her or me at the time of sale. Then they said that the warranty they sold me for repairs wouldn't cover a problem that existed on the car. we had to go to a dodge dealership to get it resolved. Then when the vehicle was stolen the gap insurance refused to do anything for us and the dealership advised us to get a refund on the insurance. Bogus place with untrustworthy staff.

Do not conduct business with this company!!! I purchased a vehicle from them over 2 months ago and still have not received money they said they would pay as part of the deal. I have been passed to 5 different people with no satisfaction and they never return your phone calls. When I went to the dealership they produced a copy of the check and informed me that it was in the mail and would be arriving shortly. That was over 2 weeks ago. I am in the military and travel frequently, so I am unable to get back to the dealership at this time. Prior to the sale they will be your best friend, just watch out after you sign the paperwork. When I purchased the vehicle, there were all kinds of talk on how they would help me make payments on my old vehicle until it sold (over 2 months and still no money) how they would clean my old vehicle so that it would look good to sell (had it back 3 times still dirty just did it myself ) was told they would put it in Auto trader for me (changed their mind and was not specified on the WE OWE how they would help so they did nothing). It took them a month and half to get my tag and title and then wanted to charge me an additional $100 since they made a mistake on the paperwork on the fees. They also tried to add in a "Special paint and cloth protection" product for $1000 when it went to the finance department without telling me anything about it. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had for any product. I have been lied to on numerous occasions, cheated and ripped off. If I could, I would return the car and buy from someone respectable. Do not make the same mistake I made. Stay away from Premier Kia.
