Excellent dealership. They take care of their customers, particularly loyal customers. Outstanding experience with Chad Gilbert! This is my third vehicle purchased with him. Always professional, honest, courteous and punctual. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend you ask for Chad Gilbert.

Required service while on extended road travel - online appointment process was easy with good availability - I was treated like a long time customer despite my first visit to the dealership - they even served a great breakfast - wish my home (local) dealer was half as good - thanks for the great service!

Redemptive Porsche

I dealt with only the service and parts departments. Service found the issues with my Panamera quickly and offered a plan for resolution. The parts department got the parts quickly and they delivered my car back to me a day early. My service associate handled the warranty claim. She communicated with me daily, several times a day keeping me up to date on progress, the ups, downs, and all things related. Thank you Brittany.

Bucket List Achievement

For years my bucket list included ownership of a Porsche 911. That goal was achieved this week when I picked up my 911 Turbo. The experience was nothing but professional and that normal “dealership harassment” was never part of the experience. Hall Liles guided us through the experience and was professional in all aspects. Rarely do you find outstanding follow-up in todays shopping experience but that is exactly what Hall provided us. Many years ago I was a Porsche technician and a Service Director. As a result I am probably pickier than most but I would not hesitate to recommend Porsche Jacksonville and Hall Liles as your sales professional! MW

Jennifer Woodard Rocks Service

I have had my Porsche serviced here since purchase. Jennifer was recommended to me as a service consultant by another of her satisfied clients. She always goes above and beyond with each service, keeping me well informed of progress and considerate of my preferences. One time I was provided a loaner car, but she was aware I did not like driving large cars. When a smaller one was made available she allowed an exchange. When a repair is performed, she contacts me to make sure I was satisfied. The service department does their best to include care ( such as pick up and delivery, loaner cars even for oil changes) to make things as convenient as possible. I have dealt with other high end car dealerships and it was their service department that kept me from purchasing again from them. I would definitely consider buying again from Porsche Jacksonville because of their excellent customer service, due in large part to Jennifer.

poor communication, told the car was ready and when i showed up the wasn't!

very disappointed service experience - absolutely no communication, i was told the car was ready, showed up the next day - the car wasn't ready. Spoke to Serice Manager - and offered me nothing but his apologies. Would absolutely rethink where I purchase my next Porsche.

I can’t say enough great things about Porsche of Jacksonville and my service advisor, Jennifer Woodard. They addressed my repair issue under warranty and they also fixed a second problem that had appeared after I scheduled the original service. I got the car back MUCH more quickly than I had expected. Great job!

Excellent Service Experience

Brought my 2021 Macan in for its first service today. Extremely efficient, courteous, and professional experience. Jeremy explained everything thoroughly, noted a potential service issue, and found me a nice quiet place to do work and a Zoom meeting while waiting. Before sending the car to get washed, the tech sent me a video of the inspection he had done and explained the service work. Very impressed.
