I bought my new Corsair from North Florida Lincoln because of the people who work there. The sales staff is welcoming, pleasant, not pushy, made me a good deal, and the service dept has been very helpful over the past years. My salesman Karoy was quite knowledgeable and he made it easy for me to decide to buy another car from this dealership.

Impeccable Service

We are first time Lincoln owners . The process for buying a new car can be overwhelming . Fortunately, when we arrived at North Florida Lincoln the General Manager ( Morris Jelks ) and my salesmen Karoy Lewis put our minds at ease. We custom ordered our new vehicle without being hurried or intimidated. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. Needless to say, we love our new vehicle ! The entire process was seamless and efficient. We look forward to our future visits for vehicle maintenance. Anyone in need of a new vehicle should stop by North Florida Lincoln .

I have been taking my SUV to North Florida Lincoln Dealer since I moved here in 2012. They have always been honest and helpful. Will continue taking my car to them as long as I have it. Which will be a long time since the help me take care of it. Thank to Suzie, Cody and (oops I for for his name) the gentleman in the collision department. They are a great team!!

dishonest, unprofessional, unethical

Agreed, or atleast I thought we agreed on a price of a used car on a Thursday, they told me it would be cleaned and ready for pick up on Friday. I go to the dealership on Friday, I was told it was sold the day before. I had the check ready in hand and took time off from work to pick the vehicle up. Neither Diedra Estrella or Morris Jelks called to tell me it was no longer available so I wasted time going to the bank and driving to the dealership. I wouldn't be this upset if they just called me. They could of just sent me an email or text message. Completely unprofessional and unethical.

MKX Cooling fan

Our MKX cooling fan malfunctioned in the parking lot. We took it to the service department, they got it in the shop, made us feel at home and took care of the repair.

1st Class

When I was working, I enjoyed flying 1st Class. I have enjoyed our 2011 MKX , since new for the same reason. I have had our MKX serviced at 5-6 Lincoln dealerships from CA to FL. Always treated 1st Class. North FL Lincoln has serviced our MKX for 4 years. Always treated me well.

MyKey Settings

Very good service but was dismayed that the "MyKey" settings were altered. I am still trying to reset the "MyKey" settings to what they were before taking this vehicle in for servicing. This is my vehicle since I am making payments not the service tech's.

Air suspension navigator

Joe took great care of us. Had a problem with car and house full of relatives, and Joe got navigator suspension fixed in 1 day . Called me a 6 pm to give me a report. Didn't think they made them like that anymore . Well done .
