Worst car buying experience I've dealt with.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! They are very unprofessional and disrespectful. I bought a car from them on Feb 11 2016. The salesman "Hot Rod" called me a week later saying I owed him 200$ for my tags but on my buyers order it said C.O.D. I went up there and he told me I could pay when they came in. He then calls me a week after that and said I owe another 200$ because he put 200$ in the wrong spot on my buyers order. So he's telling me I owed 400$ or I want get my tags. I had to talk to Navy legal and file a complaint with the DMV! My tags ended up being 122$ not 200$!! I went to pick them up and the manager Jeff was very rude and disrespectful, like it was my fault that him and his employee can't read and fill out a proper buyers order. A buyers order that was signed by all three of us!!!! He threatened to call my command and discredit me, but my chain of command knew what was going on from the first phone call I received. I didn't get my tags until March 7th, they held them for 5 extra days. They also owe me an item for the car that is on the "WE OWE" agreement paper, that we again all signed. "Hot Rod" told me to take it out of the 200$ I owe them. A SIGNED CONTRACT MEANS NOTHING TO THESE [non-permissible content removed]. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THAT YOU GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, THEY DONT DESERVE IT, ESPECIALLY MILITARY MEMBERS!!!!
