onMr. Zachary Sheppard is an incredibly amazing advisor at Lexus of Jacksonville whom is very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed of my vehicle status several times. Mr. John White conducted the inspection on my vehicle. He went over everything on how my vehicle was looking like underneath and under the hood. Overall, best service experience I have ever had at any Lexus dealership. Both should be commended for a job well done.

The most informative Oil/Filter change

onOil/Filter change with free lunch and a movie 😀 Video of my vehicle that shows a dirt air filter in my car so I can decide while I’m dining on their food if I want to include a new air filter with my oil/filer service. Exclamation of what else was checked and or adjusted by the Tech that did the work. All within 1 hour!! As promised.

onI fervently liked the courteous and attentive personnel, clean and comfortable environment, loaner vehicle availability and the hospitality. All my auto issues and maintenance needs were completely resolved. My vehicle was returned newly washed and completely clean. Dislike - There prolonged 3 hour wait period as many other vehicles were also scheduled. Individuals should avoid Saturday scheduling if possible.

onI have taken my Lexus to the dealer for service for the last 9 years and 120,000 miles. The work has always been good, as well as the customer service. In the most recent visit, my advisor was Jennifer. Like all advisors that I have had there in the past, she outlined in detail the standard service, answered my questions and provided an accurate estimate. I plan to keep my Lexus until at least 170,000 miles. Excellent service is the key to this longevity without breakdowns. Lexus of Jacksonville provides that level of excellent service.

Seriously issues with my service

onThe inspection video was incorrect, the tire quote was almost 50% lower than the actual cost and an apprentice service my car without my consent. I could have gotten better information and service Bob, Tackle, Bait and Car Care. I fully expect to be overcharged by the dealership but I also expect a certain level of competence. This is my last visit

onShannon Peek at Lexus of Jacksonville made my purchase easy peasy! I was looking to buy “forever” vehicle and had my eye on a Lexus Rx350 Sport with red interior. Shannon walked me through the whole purchase with no pressure whatsoever, and even put me on a better interest rate through Lexus than I got at my credit union. Going through the financing process was just as easy as the selling process. Very professional and personable. Don’t buy your Lexus anywhere else!

Disappointed

onRecently, Sept 22nd, I took our RX 350 in for regular service. All went very well when car was checked in for oil service and multi-point inspection. A cost cost estimate of approximately $99 was presented and loaner vehicle provided per prior appointment and I was able to run several errands. Never received a phone call from service dept stating that car was ready or that any problems needed addressing. When I returned to pick up car service our advisor was "at lunch" and was told to proceed to cashier and pay and then advisor or another person would answer any questions. The bill was for over $400 and included the installation of a new battery. I advised cashier that I did not receive a call about the battery nor did I authorize its replacement. The car had no issues in starting prior to service. After waiting about 30 minutes, I was invited to speak with the Service Manager who said during the multi-point inspection the battery had some weak readings when tested. I said no one had informed me. He asked if I wanted the old battery reinstalled and I said yes. After another wait the car was ready and correct bill of $99 was paid. After returning home an email from the dealership to me was found in my inbox that had been sent during the time I was running errands in the loaner vehicle. It read, "Follow-Up: Your vehicle is currently with our Quality Control and Wash Teams. Amount Due: $434.68." I did not see this email until the day after the service was done.

onAlan at Lexus reacted quickly to my battery problem. Even though I didn’t have an appointment (I had car towed to the dealership)Alan called me as soon as my suv was delivered.
