Terrible experience. They will say anything to get you to sign. If you find yourself inside this place, just leave. They are not trying help, they just want you to buy at the maximum price possible. Be warned

Ripped off and taken advantage of

I found my dream jeep on line at this dealership. The pricing seemed right at 32k I went to the dealership and after 3 hrs later walked out with the car. I felt happy until I went back the next day to return the vehicle as they oversold me by 4500 dollars and took advantage of my lack of experience in buying. My first mistake was to put trust in the [non-permissible content removed] at the dealership. They promised me many things and told me they are free. Later I found out they put this into the purchase price. I came back 2 days later to return the car. They told me it was not possible and they couldn't do it, even though I was within their return policy of 48 hrs as they previously told me. After enduring a painful 3 hrs of back and forth with two managers I gave up and walked out ashamed, advantaged and in tears. If you want to be taken advantage of, lied to and want to enjoy false advertisement then shop here.

Awesome car-buying experience

I didn't find the car I wanted on my first visit, but manager Mike Douglas kept in touch to see if he could help me find exactly what I was looking for. I gave him my list of wants, and a few days later he invited me back in. He introduced me to David Sumlin and James. I told them what I was looking for, and what research I had done to justify my target price. The negotiation was quick and fair. The only possible downside to the experience is that I had to wait about half an hour for the new car to be detailed. I really felt like they listened to me and gave me a fair deal on the exact vehicle I wanted.

I have bought multi cars from this dealership. They are always very nice. Trading in my car was very important for many reasons. Sales agent was extremely helpful and understanding. I could not thank him enough.

New Jeep Wrangler

Just bought a new jeep at a new dealer and I was pleasantly surprised that it went smooth. Dylan was my salesman and he went over the vehicle very well had a good knowledge of the options and listened well . I did my research online and I probably knew just a little more than Dylan (but that is ok Im older and had a wrangler back in the day ,lol) They honored the Edmunds TMV right off the bat and the whole transaction went well . thank you Dylan and good luck with your new dealership and I Love my Jeep !
