Let me start by saying that if you're looking for a used car this is a wonderful place to go considering all we hear about used car lots. Ari is the General manager and Lucy was my sales rep and even tyrone who cleaned and prepped the car for me, all of whom took great care of us when we bought our 2008 Qx50 . The person who owned it obviously took great care of it, and it runs perfectly! We bought the car at the end of October 2017 as a birthday present for my wife. She had been driving a 2000 Ford Expedition that we bought in 2004 with 70k miles on it (it was an excellent car). But after two kids and 190k miles it was time to retire the old girl. We were afraid the credit wouldnt work and that we wouldnt be able to get into a newer car, But they have this Buy here Pay here which allowed us to buy from Kosher motors and even though we are not too close by, i just mail in my payment to them and it always works out. The Infiniti suited our needs perfectly, and we purchased it, even though it already had 100k miles on it. But, since they took it on trade, and with the great condition it was in, I went ahead and got it. They also took care of a few other minor issues: the side mirror switch had to be replaced, the ignition switch was loose and they had to order new bolts. All of which, they had to order parts and incur labor hours to repair. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service, respect, and willingness to provide great customer service that Kosher Motors has provided my family. My Wife loves the car, and the kids can’t get enough of all the space it provides. Thank you Kosher Motors for all you did for us. – Roger Monroe, Lake Mary, FL.

My wife and I researched used cars for about 4 months and then decided we wanted a Toyota Camry, we had to find the year we could afford and shopped online first to figure out where to end up at or how to get this done, We have been saving for this for a longtime because its been really tough having to deal with our junker that we have been driving for the past few years and it was on its last leg anyways, So we started our hunt by going to some of the dealers that had cars matching what we needed, we finally found a 2010 Camry at the right price at one of the dealerships we got ready to buy, filled out all the paperwork and then unfortunately couldn't get approved . Sally (my wife) was miserable and decided to keep looking and calling and that is when we found Kosher motors, We ended up with a 2012 Camry and the best part is they got us Approved not really sure how but with the same down payment intended to begin with, They did us a great service and We are very happy with the Customer service we received at Kosher Motors and even more happy with our New used car.........Kosher Motors really bailed us out and Magically got us into this Camry that is now part of our everyday use. Gonna send everyone we know there!

Needed a Truck for work, found a alot of used car dealerships near me, visited a few , but when i got to Kosher Motors they had a Ford F-250 i liked and then also gave me a pretty good deal on it, fiancing was easy and they were nice, so here i am used truck happy camper! Off to work i go

DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL 2 YEARS FOR A TITTLE VIA MAIL WOW CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NON EXISTANT HERE. Wish I could give this place negative 10 stars. And here’s why, I bought my car from them back in October of 2015 and I just received my title in the mail a few days ago from this posting. As and active duty service member words can not describe how stressed and unhappy of and experience that I have had and still have ongoing with Kosher Motors. Stationed at Fort Campbell KY I continuiously went back in forth for my title so I can register my car in my state. Luckily the DMV in KY have been generous enough to offer me extensions for my registration of my vehicle this whole time however they can no longer extend my registration after the end of this month of December as I will not be able to drive until I get my title. Which brings me to the next segment of my review of this SHADY, UNPROFESSIONAL,UNCARING, POOR TIME MANAGED, LACK OF RESPONSIABILTY OF A SUCH COMPANY IF I DARE EVEN CALL IT THAT. My title is still messed up as they did now even fill out their portion correctly. After having to pay for shipping for my title already I must now pay again to send it back to get it corrected and cross my fingers that i will receive it before the 31st of this month. This kind of business practice should not and will not be tolerated by myself and others. Even one of the female managers was very and still is quite rude as I always called to address my ongoing issues and they always said “oh your title has already been sent etc..etc... Obvisouly not if I just received and that is all in part of a staff member by the name of Betraice the ONLY HELPFUL CARING AND CONSIDERATE REP THERE FOR THAT I PERSONALLY WANT TO THANK YOU MAME. Moving forward I will be sure to continue leaving such feedback for this place on yelp Facebook etc. As I have already addressed stamped signed and sent off not four but seven letters to the better business bureau, my on post legal claims, Florida consumer complaint office of Davidson county I even got my chain of command involved I pray that the read this (KOSHER MOTORS) and feel and understand the nonsens b.s. that they have and are still currently putting me through such business practices is unprofessional and saddening for the fact that it is ran and operated in such a manner. This will not be the last of my posting I can assure you that (KOSHER MOTORS). To whom may read this I apologize for any grammatical errors or mis spelling of words as I am beyond upset as I construct and write this review sorry to you other reviewers or potential customers except KOSHER MOTORS. TAKE MY WORD DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER WOULD RATHER WALK THEN SHOP HERE AGAIN EXTREMLEY STRESSFUL. May someone take my experience and learn from it.

I got a Kia 2005 in great condition mechanically and fair body condition. They were very helpful and upfront with what they knew about the car. That was few months ago. I sadly got into an accident and total it. I'm picking up a 2nd vehicle from then tomorrow that I already picked. Again they had been upfront to what they know about the car and explained that sometimes cars have issues they don't know about.

I traded in my truck & cash for a total trade in of $2250.00 for Dodge 2004 truck, I was approved by a credit union signed all the documents & drove off in the new truck. I received a call 2 wks later from Kosher Motors Jill & she said the credit union denied the credit & now they want their truck back, when I asked about returning my truck she said oh sorry we sold it & no refunds either. So my mom & I went to talk to them Perry the owner to try to resolve this & they said they would work w/me. We received a call late last night & their asking for the truck back again, we told them to give me my money by cashier’s check & we'll bring back the truck or we'll go to court. This is a bait & switch tactic, all I want is my money back to go to a reputable dealer to buy a truck.

Just got my 3rd car from kosher motors, and I must say that I was extremely satisfied! Customer service is always amazing, quality of cars are also always top notch! Also love the free coffee and cockies they always have. Would deffinintly recommend to friends and anyone reading.

At first I was happy about my purchase and deal I got from Koshers. Unfortunately, I cam across a number of problems with the car, and brought it back to the dealer within their warranty period and was asked to switch out cars. Nonehtheless, i chose this car, and wanted it, so if i was still within the warranty period, the matters of this car should been taken cared of right? Well these people have technicians onsite who does not know anything about foreign cars and there were several times that my time was wasted of an issue that had nothing to do with the car. Long story short, I still wanted my car, although these people were not willing to meet me half way about 1st of all getting the proper diagnoses, 2nd owning up to handling matters with this car. SO now I am in the process of getting an attorney, due to how matters were handled within my 30 day warranty with these [non-permissible content removed].
