The no addendum dealership!

Had a great experience from this dealership, priced the vehicle on the dealers website and they honored the price given to me online (unlike other dealers I dealt with). Jesus was our salesman and he walked us through everything, was honest and didn't play any games. This dealership doesn't have b.s. addendums or unnecessary fees, you get a car at an honest price. Well worth the extra drive from where we live.

Selling Cars With Smoke & Mirrors

I would stay away from this KIA dealer. Here's why, I called for a lease price which they gave me. Then I asked for the money factor (interest rate) and the residual value (how much the car is expected to be worth at the end of the lease). The General Manager Mitchell Loszynski refused to share it with me and told me that they were the largest Kia dealership in the state of Florida. That's not the way to lease/sell a car at least not to me.

The no addendum dealership!

Upset customer

Very upset , my mother in law came to Serivce her car, they told her it was going to be $1500 the lady from the service So that we can get a new car and we won’t have to pay for the $1500 service if she qualifies. So my mother-in-law said OK and made an appointment to see a sales rep which we did and had a great experience and got a Kia soul 2020 for 445 a month. A couple of days later a sales associate from Hollywood Kia tells my mother-in-law , That we had to pay the service fee of $1500 that that my mother-in-law never agree to because they say they were going to put us in a new car. They told her to come to the dealership that they might even lower it but when she got there they made her do a new contract and her new bill is now 499 a month which is not right. They did call her back a couple days later and ordered $25 cheaper and now she’s paying 475 which was not the original contract of 445 a month. Kenneth the service manager was the one who originally gave us 445 I called asking for him but he has never called us back he was really helpful in the beginning just don’t want to don’t understand why he has not called us back. Very upset that y’all messed with an old lady like that .

After Sale Services

This dealership leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to after purchase services. Since they are a stand alone franchise you would think that since I purchased a care here they would have information regarding how I should make a lease payment. But not only are the receptionists rude and completely unwilling to help but apparently no one at this dealership is able to answer the phone or return a voicemail message. I was handed off to voicemail 6 times in one day. The corporate arm that they transferred me to did not answer the phone and hung up on me 3 times. They don't answer their emails either. It looks like they are only interested in selling you a car, but if you want to do something as complicated as make a car payment on time, they don't have any interest in helping.

Fell Flat in service

In the purchase process all was fine. But oh once I received the car service because nonexistent. Calls was not answered, text and voice mails were ignored and unanswered. I had to do alot of leg work between the repair shop that they use which is a mile away to facilitate repairs and details that was promised. I must admit that their onsite service department was very friendly and did their best to accommodate. Communication between their shop and the subcontractors they used could have been better. I am unhappy with my experience but will not say I will not go back to do business with them. I will be abit more aggressive in getting my needs addressed.

yes I called Hollywood kia about a car they said they had it there. when I got there they told me the car was getting detailed it could be a few hours. but wanted to show me other cars the he said the car would not be ready for 2 to 3 days. the whole tome the did not even have the car stay away from this place....

Best Dealer

I bought my first new car a 2021 Kia Seltos, I went to Hollywood Kia because is the closest dealer from my house, and immediately I was wow by Michael he was there to greet me with a big smile and asked me a lot of questions as to what I was looking for, he was very patient with me and wanted to deliver the perfect vehicle one that not only I loved but one that I felt comfortable in and that I was able to afford. Michael was great in explaining all the features and set up everything for me I would highly recommend Hollywood Kia for your new or use vehicle. Thank you Michael you "Rock" Migdalia Diaz

Still Price Haggling

Was dealing with internet sales, deal was finalized with them. When I went to the dealer to get vehicle , I was given to a great salesman who still had to haggle the deal with sales manager. Why was there still price haggling after internet sales had approved it? Also no fault of our salesman we were there for 6 1/2 hours before we took delivery of vechicle. Shame on you Hollywood Kia !!!!

What car ??

I had contact this dealership about vehicle, so when I finally went to check it out I was told the car had been sold. no big deal that happens. this is where it gets good. the car still remains for months later and stayed on your webpage for months now. you are in the business of selling cars right!!!. there was no guarantee that I would have bought the car. but the fact I was told that it sold is very disingenuous. the person actually contacted me during the looking process and was very nice. but when I get there oh we sold the vehicle yet here it is weeks and months later the car is still for sales. very poor business ethic. whatever the car is new used and whatever year you people should be in the business of selling cars. SAD !!!!!!!!

Poor service

Took my car this morning for a 0940am appt,the rep told me for a diagnostic he needed about 3 hrs,took an uber home ,5 hrs after went back since didnt receive a call,i was told he needed 2 more hrs ,the car was park on the back nothing being done to it,and he needed more time ,asked for my car since i got kids to picked up..terrible service..very pissed off. I need my car to get fix,cant count with the kia service department...

Great experience today at Hollywood Kia. Lawrence was knowledgeable and patient. Although I wasn’t sure about what I wanted he made sure that I test drove multiple options and made my overall happiness his priority. He was transparent as he guided me through the process of purchasing my vehicle. I really felt taken care of today and very happy with the experience. My family and I are thrilled with my new vehicle. Thanks to Lawrence and the entire staff at Hollywood Kia!

False advertising and rude salesman.

The salesman that assist me today was very rude, I don't remember his name. But he's an older slim guy with braces at the bottom and wears a black shirt. The experience made me not want to purchase any car from this Kia Dealership at all nor to referral anyone to purchase their vehicle there. I'm very upset.

Terrible Wait Time

Very dissatisfied with the service and wait time. I made an appointment several months ago to have my first vehicle maintenance, which was included with the purchase of the vehicle. I arrived several minutes prior to my appointment. My car sat for over an hour before they even started the oil change. When I asked the receptionist what was taking so long , she responded that there were three walk-ins prior to my arrival who did not have appointments. Despite that I was the first appointment of the day. When I received the invoice they wrote that they completed a tire rotation at N/C. . I questioned it since I was observing the serviceman when he was changing the oil through the window and did not see him rotate the tires. The person responded by stating it was free (N/C) anyways and my tires treads were still good. If that’s the case, why did they put it on my invoice when they never completed the tire rotation.

STOLEN TIRES

i purchased a van from Hollywood Kia on December 31, 2018 with 1523 miles on it, the tires were so new the little rubber needles were still on them. They said i could store the van on the lot for a month, when i had the van shipped to N. Y. it arrived with bald tires on it. I paid $740.00 to put new tires on the van, the manager said just mail him the invoice and accounting would get a check out. In follow up calls he suggested the check was on his desk and he would mail it out the next day. I never received it and my follow up calls were ignored. I have to assume the check was stolen as well. Management is totally aware of this circumstance and apparently condones a customer being lied to. I would be very careful in the word of staff and management. Beware.......................... IT WAS ON HIS DESK

I have bought many vehicles over the years and hated the experience each time, until yesterday. I can't believe a dealership like this exists

Randy our service advisor honestly is amazing. He went above and beyond to help us and even washed our car as well at the end. We felt taken care of every step of the way and knew we were in good hands. Prior to calling Hollywood Kia I called Doral Kia and a few others as they were closer to me, but honestly especially with Doral Kia their customer service is terrible. From the moment Randy picked up I could tell the enthusiasm to help us over the phone and I could not have asked for anything more. Randy's attitude is exactly the reason I am considering buying a Stinger and will also recommend Hollywood Kia to friends and family. Randy truly changed my perspective on dealership customer service.

Great Car, Great Service

I bough a car today with the help of car salesman, Juan Borja. He was very friendly and worked with me to get me a good car, even though I have no credit, no cosigner, and the minimum funds for a deposit. The process was quick and simple, saw a variety of nice and clean cars in person and with his help, and we were able to find a car that worked within my budget. Thank you very much for the car buying experience, I will be sure to recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a car.

Mr.Taylor meet my family expectations to the fullest and he showed that he had our best interest at heart. Mr. Taylor was professional and keep his promise about my husband and i closing the deal to take a car home. He did in a fast fashion and he kept us informed of all the steps plus offers that the company can offer us to become loyal customers. I can say that i have my own personal sales rep and he asked all the right questions to fit my needs and taste in a vehicle. There is a rare customer service where the sales representative care about your family then numbers because you feel valued and important. I would recommend anyone to him and he made it worth my drive.
