onI like the truck I bought. I don't care for the battery going dead the next day and the dealer saying sorry we had no idea there was an issue. Almost like they they charged the dead battery and then gave me the keys. Typical dealership washing their hands with any issues they sell you. Its not like the battery went dead 6 months later lol. This is why I rarely ever buy from a dealer.

Bate and Switch Internet Pricing

onThey pulled the old "bate and switch" on the internet price. Without checking my eligibility, the price they quoted me included every rebate that Ford offered. Then when you get there the price goes up as the debates go down. Their paperwork is set up to be very confusing and difficult to follow. They tell you one price, then charge you another. If you deal with them, make sure you understand what your signing and don't believe anything they tell you. Make them break everything down into something that you can understand. I didn't realize it until I got home, but they got me for an extra $500. They also overcharge me on the sales tax. With the DMV's help, I was able to get back the $150.00 they overcharged me. Make sure that they are charging you sales tax on the actual sale price ( MSRP less the dealer's discount) and not the full MSRP like they did to me.

Won't even return my call - my car held captive?

onI dropped off my 2012 Hyundai Sonata for service Saturday morning at 8am (with an appointment) for two issues (loose steering wheel, rattling noise in engine during warmup). I am a physician and cannot be without my car easily during the week. I called Saturday afternoon and they hadn't even looked at it. They said "sorry...we'll get to it Monday". Monday comes and I called in the morning to see how they were going. No one answered. Called again and left a message. Around 1pm someone calls and says "we don't have a record of you doing oil changes with us, we need to charge you $175 to even look at the car". I said ok (although clearly I'm not ok with this). They never called back. I called and asked for the manager, they said he'd call back. No call. I called again at 5pm to find out about getting the car back. Had to leave a message because all service technicians were busy. Tried again at 5:30 (they close at 6pm), this time "I promise they'll call back before close of business". I called at 7pm and was told "please hold". was left on hold for 10 minutes and then sent to "jose's voice mail". This is the worst customer service in my life. It is unbelievable. They don't even appear to have the guts to talk to me? And don't get me started on their rudeness in the way they accused me of not getting oil changes.

Mis-diagnose Fuel Gauge Problem

onI brought in my 2006 F150 with the fuel gauge pegged below empty. Indicated that it had a diagnostic code P0463 which indicates a fuel level sensor circuit problem. There was a service bulletin on this problem. Brought the truck in with an early morning appointment. They didn't call me with their findings so I had to call them. Calls kept getting through to voice mail. No one would return my calls. Finally lucked out and got a human to answer. I was informed that they needed to replace the fuel level sensor at a cost of about $650 including tax. Called back to authorize the work and again could only get voice mail. Finally got through the next morning (at this point I don't trust their voice mail system). Was called back a couple hours later and was informed that they did the work but it didn't fix the problem and that I needed a new instrument cluster, which would cost about $825 plus tax. Told them I'd have to hold off and to send the shuttle for me. Purchased a used, tested instrument cluster for $209 and installed it myself (in about 30 minutes). Problem persisted. I started checking the wiring harness and when I cleaned the connector on the frame rail under the driver's door, it fixed the problem. Bottom line, in addition to poor communications, I spent over $800, using their diagnosis, and didn't fix the problem. When I spent 15 minutes checking the basics (which I feel the "professionals" should have done) I solved the issue myself. This makes me wonder, what they would have suggested if I had them replace the instrument cluster and it still didn't fix the problem.

onI just bought a new Ford Escape. If you want excellent customer service, I suggest you ask for MARIO! Mario made sure I was comfortable and was extremely helpful. I shopped around to a few places before I stopped here and did not like most of the people I met. Mario was knowledgeable and understanding of my specific situation. He got me into my dream car! Unlike other times, I am left feeling excited with my car and woke up without worries or buyers remorse! Thank you Mario!

onI am from Memphis,TN. My daughter is a student at the University of Memphis. My daughter had lost her second set of keys. She had to have her car towed to this dealershio. The lady, Mia who helped me with that was awesome! She understood that I was 700 miles from there and needed a solution to get car taken car of for my daughter. The next morning it took a couple of phone calls to find out how to get keys made. I finally spoke with Richard Clay. He listened to my problem that I needed to get a new set of keys for my daughter's Mustang. He allowed me to send all proof that the car was mine to him. He answered back to me quickly that the keys would be made for the car. I am so thankful for his quick service in this manner. It is great to have nice and understanding people who are willing to help when you have car issues.

onI was met by a young woman who was standing on the grass just off the entrance into parking lot, talk about waiting to attack. I was asked to sit down then before even asking anything about what I needed I was request to furnish my drivers license, cell number name, address and email. Which I only provided email after being asked for the phone number three times. When I mentioned I was looking for a used camry and was specific that I was in the market only for this vehicle i was brought outside to be shown a green honda element!! They could have at least picked a sedan. pushy nosey and no concern for the customer.
