Very pleasant environment when you first drive into the dealership. Eagerly greeted as I got out of the car. Clean showroom and office space and clean bathroom. Sales representatives were friendly and very accommodating. My representative (JJ Roe) was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and went to great lengths to accommodate my every question and or special need throughout the whole process. Carl , the finance manager, was very friendly and helpful in explaining the whole process and the high tec way in which the paperwork is handled was most efficient. Great experience all around!! Thank you, I love my new vehicle.

Poor repair service, poor customer service

I brought the vehicle in for HVAC service. I was given an estimate of more than $3100 to do the repair. I told the service adviser I did not think the repair they were recommending would be the fix for the problem. He assured me that he had his best guy on the job and this would fix the problem. He stated if it did not fix the problem, the technician would have to stand behind his work. I reluctantly agreed to the repair based on these assurances. When I picked up the vehicle it was $200 more than I agreed to. I drove the vehicle one day and there was not improvement in the issue. I told the service adviser Paul I wanted a refund because they did not fix the problem. I gave them the vehicle for an additional day to make it right and they returned to me stating I would have to pay more money for different repairs to fix the problem. This is either a scam or incompetence. Either way I would like a refund for the unnecessary repairs I paid for which did not fix the problem.

the staff at Davis Chevrolet went above and beyond to custom make a vehicle to our needs and budget. Ariel the sales specialist is a car specialist as well, it helps to love cars whe you are in the business of selling cars. Jose the sales manager is a friendly person as well, with a smile he tries to meet your budget and gives you options. Finance manager is a top notch professional, bends numbers to squeeze your budget in. Talk about a all around team. pay them a visit and see for yourself.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the initial phone call with CJ King to taking delivery of the vehicle there were no hassles, there were no bait and switch sales tactics, no hidden fees. Chevy Sub.had a oil change service done on 5-3-18. Davis recommended I replace tire, break fluid and coolant. Davis said tires would be in 5-10-18 and I scheduled an appointment and dropped off @0745. At 1100 Service Advisor called and informed me they could not do the tires because I have chrome wheels. I informed him I brought the tires and rims from them when I brought the truck in 2009. They stated they no longer did chrome wheels. Why was this not notice/said during the estimate or when I dropped off the vehicle as the Service Advisor looked at the vehicle both times?

The time it took to get the process going was very efficient. I was happy with the outcome as well as the customer service. They helped solve my problem as well as had a geico insurance represented there to allow quick assessment.

Worst sevice advisor ever - Tracy

I was told by Tracy that he used the warranty for my vehicle to help somebody else because their warranty had expired. That is wrong. I believe against the law. I found that most of higher ups are as well. I use to use them all the time, but now I have found where all of their mechanics had gone ... Across the street at Gainesville Buick GMC. Way more professional people.

Worst Service/[non-permissible content removed]/False Advertisement

Worst Experience ever!!! Where should one start? Paid a deposit for a red 1998 NISSAN 240 SX, which was supposed to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Flew from TX TO FLORIDA one way thinking I and my wife will drive this car home. Got to the dealership and the car had sun spots all over the front fenders, roof and rear trunk area. I asked for the sales person to take off some $$$ off the final price since i already flew here and could get the paint issue resolved myself, they offered to only take off a $100. They didn't even seem concerned about anything regarding the false advertisement of the vehicle and the false condition report they gave me concerning the car. I lost 2 days of my time, $$$ for my flight to come there, rental car cost, fuel and a pricey return flight back to texas on such short notice. This is the worst [non-permissible content removed] i've ever dealt with in my life. My next step is to file a complaint with the bbb and the gainsville chamber of commerce! Shame on the sales person, sales manager and owners of the dealership that they put a person through this crap!

My experience was fantastic. I got a great deal and in and out in a flash. I did my home work first on the internet and then contacted them. They responded quickly, gave me the information i needed up front. No BS I liked that right away. Kept every promise they made. Over all a wonderful experience. I would reccomend them highly and I will buy from them again.
