My wife and I were dreading having to go car shopping because it always seems to be a stressful experience… but not this time. Having done some research, we pretty much knew that we wanted a Toyota Sienna and a Tundra, so Toyota of FWB was our first stop. Travis was our salesman and we were extremely pleased! We never felt pressured one bit. Travis, Kubi, Brandon and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly, super helpful and very honest with us during the whole process. The showroom and the entire facility are impressive as well. In a matter of three days we went from initial car shopping to getting what we feel is a very good deal on both vehicles. I dare say that what we were initially dreading turned into a relatively fun experience. We are extremely pleased with our FWB Toyota experience and would definitely recommend them to friends.

Great dealership We purchased a preowned Buick and were treated like kings and queens! It’s not difficult to see why this particular dealership is so successful with their great customer service all the way from sales to service to finance.

I arrived at the dealership looking to see a pre-owned truck. I met with Truck Salesperson “Hugo.” He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the inventory. After a test drive, I asked Hugo if it was possible to test drive a new 2018 Toyota Tacoma. I really loved the truck, and Hugo was very confident that he could make the deal happen for me at my affordability and comfort range. Hugo was certainly a refreshing approach to buying a car!
