Warranty

by Jeep on 03/18/2024

Bought a jeep recently and purchased 84 month extended warranty, gap insurance and pointless dent repair totaling 5235 dollars. I traded in for a truck last week. I have been trying to get refund them since while contacting dealership dozens of times.Been leaving messages with no return calls talked to several people and getting transferred to finance with never an answer or return call. This is very frustrating and would never recommend this dealership to anyone

Worst dealership experience I've ever had!

by Jared on 08/25/2018

worst experience I've ever had at a dealership they took 4 weeks to get the paperwork right my sales rep JAKE never would give me updates and the used car manager ROY lied and said we could pick our vehicles up early while we wait on the rest of the paperwork and when I showed up he said he didn't recall anything about that. When I finally got both vehicles I purchased I asked my sales rep for the car fax 1 week later after JAKE my sales rep said he would get the car fax for both of my vehicles i had to physically show up unannounced in order to get them. the 2500 Ram truck I bought had a bad vibration at 55 mph I took it in because they have a 3600 90 day warranty bumper to bumper they refused to help me stating their tire machine could not fit the aftermarket tires they sold me the truck with already on and refused to pay a 3rd party shop to balance them. so out of my own pocket I went to days tires in crestview to get them balanced. before they performed work they told me I was MISSING 2 lug nuts and 2 additional lug nuts are stripped. HOW DID THIS VEHICLE PASS THE SAFTY INSPECTION. JAKE my sales rep stopped returning my calls and ROY the use car manager never returns my calls also to get this problem resolved. I will be contacting the owner of this dealership hoping to get this problem resolved THIS DEALERSHIP DOESNT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR DO THEY HONOR THEIR "WARRANTIES".

Dealer refuses to honor warranty

by Michaelf9 on 06/19/2018

I purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with 56,809 miles on 5/5/2018. The vehicle came with a dealer warranty for 3 mo / 3,000 miles that covers 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts that fail during the warranty period. On 6/12/18 the vehicle wouldn't start and I had it towed to the dealership for repair. The service department contacted me and said that I didn't actually have a warranty and that I needed a new starter. I have the buyers guide that came with the jeep that clearly details a dealer warranty. I paid 483.58 for the repair and picked the vehicle up. On 6/16/18 I was driving the vehicle when I smelled something burning. I pulled off to the side of the road and exited the vehicle to see if it was emanating from the jeep. I didn't see what could be causing it and I attempted to drive it. At this point the vehicle would not go into gear. I had it towed back to the dealership. I was contacted by the service department today (6/18/18) and told that it needed a new clutch with a repair cost of over 2,000. I again stated that the warranty covered the repairs and was again told it didn't have a warranty. I talked to the finance manager who agreed that it did have a warranty but it wouldn't cover the cost of the repair. I read the warranty back to him over the phone where it states the dealer will cover 100% of the cost of labor and parts for the transmission which includes all internal parts, seals and gaskets, torque converter and transmission case. I then talked to Roy the used car sales manager who stated they would take off the cost of labor reducing the amount due to 1400.00. This is unacceptable as the repairs are covered by the warranty which they both pretend doesn't exist and refuse to honor.
