Purchase of new Nautilus went very well. Negotiation was no issue as I purchased vehicle thru X plan. Did not quite receive what I expected for my old Nautilus. Only problem was waiting time as my appointment was passed along to another person.

2023 Lincoln Aviator

Multiple no value add-ons to MSRP such as $70.00 nitrogen and several hundred dollars for paperwork fee. License and title fees far above actual cost. In total probably over $2000.00 in add on dealer profit. Manufacturer only ships so many cars and Galloway Lincoln takes full advantage of it. Was it a pleasant transaction? Definitely not. No, would not recommend. This dealer sales staff states “No Added Value add on pricing”. Just another name for extra dealer profit.

Found my 2022 Ford F-15 Lightning on the internet at Sam Galloway Ford of Ft Myers FL. Contacted Sales Rep Jeff Rexford who made all the necessary arrangements for a seamless transaction, which included several "after hours" phone calls due to our two hour time difference. Jeff ensured the paperwork was completed prior to my arrival and picked me up at the airport. He talked me through a couple of hours of "introduction" to the vehicle to ensure I had enough information to be comfortable about embarking on a four day road trip back to Colorado. He even called a couple times during my return trip to ensure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking to feel good about a vehicle purchase.

First of all, this review is for our Dealer, Sam Galloway Ford in Fort Myers Florida! They were great throughout the entire time. I ordered a New Ford Maverick through Sam and even though I had to wait for 50 weeks for the truck to be built and delivered they (Sam Galloway) were excellent to deal with. They answered my calls (many of them over the 50 weeks) they provided the information I needed. After the truck came in, they quickly got it ready, and the transaction was smooth. Thank you, Sam Galloway we love our new Truck!

I have visited the service area frequently and have never been anything other than delighted. Rarely do I see the same service writer twice, and I must say that every one there has been courteous as well as helpful. You have some very good employees and that includes the people inside the waiting area also. Keep it up!
