Came in for tire rotation and oil change on my vehicle, Shelly Krogmann informed me since it was synthetic oil I actually only needed the tire rotation. Oil would not be due for another 6 months. I greatly appreciate her honesty and integrity, as well as her knowledge and expertise.

Bought my awesome 2020 Toyota 4Runner four years ago and I love my vehicle. Been bringing my vehicle to Autonation the last 4 years and always have Shelley service my car. Would highly recommend her, she takes good care of my car and doesn’t try to upsell me anything. If you need to go buy a car, Fanny & Kris are fantastic and won’t pressure you into buying a vehicle.

As my lease was expiring I returned to AutoNation Toyota Ft Myers. Wesley Cattanach is outstanding and he has helped me many times at my lease expiration however, this time he was unavailable and introduced me to Roberta Billing. Roberta was phenomenal! She was patient, personable and knowledgeable. Got me through the process quickly and efficiently and I drove away in my new Corolla Cross. Thankful to them both for a wonderful experience!

Great Experience from start to finish

I’ve always had a good experience at this Toyota dealership when servicing my previous vehicle. I just bought a new car and Tommy Ward was absolutely incredible! He was patient with me for a very long time while I had to deal with personal issues, and he waited an entire year for me to eventually go back to get the car. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered every question I threw at him. He was a pleasure to work with, never impatient, and never pushy. He is such a good-natured individual and easy to communicate with. Buying a car can be a time consuming event, however working with Tommy helped the time seem shorter than it actually was. The other associates in the finance department were also very pleasant, as well as professional, and made the experience a good one. If you ever need a car, be sure to ask for Tommy.

Bernard was such a wonderful help! He was so kind, knowledgeable about nearly every car on the lot, and was very patient as we made our decision. Would come to him again if we ever needed another car. The process to actually pay for my vehicle was very slow, but I am happy with my purchase.
