I had an older TT with some fuel problems. I took it in and analytics told me it was time to trade her in. I had found 2 potential replacements and on a test drive we went. The negotiation was clean and simple, felt I received a good offer. We closed the deal and after the sale has been exceptional. They offered to have a tech specialist come to my house and demonstrate how to use apple play, homelink and the numerous upgrades, a specialty of AUDI. Well done.

james did a great job. my only negative feedback was the financing took a long time and i wasn’t offered decent options. joshua doing the financing needs to spend less timing selling “trucoat” and work financing better. My financing deal was way sub-par on a few ends and i would have preferred to do my own. JPMC requiring a minimum loan amount was an obnoxious requirement.

Audi Fort Myers has been great, and I would recommend them to anyone. James (salesman) answered all of my presale questions and gave me the info I needed to confirm my purchasing decision. He helped me through the entire process, before, during, and after the sale. The product, 2016 Audi A3, has lived up to all expectations. I am very grateful to James. Dan and friends renewed the car at 5,000 miles recently with the Audi Care service. I am very grateful to them as well. They made the car look brand new. The car has run well without any issues. I couldn't be happier with the purchase...thanks to everyone at the dealership.

Ryan was a great sales man. Made us feel welcomed without being pushy. He answered all our questions even though we really were just looking without serious intentions of purchasing. He gave us numbers and contacted us when he said he would. When we decided to purchase he treated us like a valued customer. Would definitely purchase from him again.
