I have been leasing BMWs since 1997. I worked with a lot of different sales representatives over all these years. I can honestly tell you my experience with Jimmy has been the best of any experience I’ve had so far. His professionalism, industry knowledge, and his relaxed attitude made the car purchase experience easy. Keeping in mind that we are experiencing unprecedented times with Covid. it just creates so many more obstacles to having the perfect car buying experience but this is where Jimmy really shines as he is in exemplary example and the benchmark that others should try to achieve in setting that standard. Additionally, I want to mention that the general manager, keith, is a true champion and leader. He was able to oversee the whole process and ensure my 110% satisfaction. There is actually no other BMW dealership I’ll ever do business with other than the one that keith is GM. I have literally followed him around from several different dealership locations in Florida to make sure that no one else gets my business or my friends business because I know if he stands behind the transaction nothing will go wrong.

This is the fifth vehicle I have leased through Michael Kolonowski, the salesperson at Holman BMW. He knows exactly what I want and makes the leasing experience pleasant from start to finish. The staff responsible for the leasing and finance paperwork are equally as cordial and professional. My consistently great experience with Michael and the dealership for at least 15 years is why I return to do business with them each time I'm ready to lease a new car.

Randy was wonderful to work with. He offered me a fair price during the first conversation. He listened to what options I was looking for and the price range I wanted. He followed up in a timely manner without becoming pushy or excessive. Randy took care of making the arrangements for picking up my previous BMW and delivery my new one - allowing for an easy transition with minimum contact. Michael in the finance department took care of the process over the phone and thru docu-sign again making the process easy and no contact. The remaining step will be for me to meet with the BMW genius at some point in the future for set-up and training on car options.

Long story short...put a deposit down on a vehicle and they sold it to someone else!! No apologies for what they did and they notified me a day before I was going to drive down. [non-permissible content removed], why would you ever want to deal with a dealership with such questionable morals?

This is my second purchase from Lauderdale BMW and Ralph Girnun. In all my years of buying/leasing vehicles it has never been such a pleasant experience. Ralph is extremely attentive and on both occasions has found the vehicle I have been looking for and given me the best price in South Florida. He makes the process very easy. Also, the woman who actually does the test drive and does the orientation of the new vehicle is wonderful. What a terrific idea to have someone in that position.

Michael K. Did a Great Job as did the finance guy and the the person who did my end of lease turn in. There is another dealer 10 min from my home which i passed on my 45 min journey to your dealership. It was definitely worth the trip.

Max S. is the greatest. My husband and I have bought numerous BMW motorcars in the past and this by far was our best buying experience. Max is a true professional and he truly made our purchase pain free. Being a physician leaves me very little spare time, and Max made sure that entire transaction from start to end was done via email and telephone communication. The only time that I set foot in the dealership was when I took delivery of the vehicle. Taking delivery was also an extremely smooth process. Max made sure that all the necessary contracts were prepared ahead of time. Max truly provided us with a 'World Class' 5-star experience.

I was recommended to contact this dealer from a friend that bought two cars there. From the first contact to our client adviser, Michael K., to the delivery of the vehicle, we could not have asked for a better experience. I will be sending everyone I know that might be looking for a new car to Lauderdale BMW. The drive North is worth it! The rest of the dealers in Miami are frustrating to work with.
