Great buying experience

I've now had my new 2018 Honda Civic hatchback for a week and I could not be happier with sales experience at Coconut Point Honda. Michael Wesselman found me the perfect car and made it easy to own. There was a couple of small details like window tinting that needed to be done and James and the crew and service and parts are very helpful and friendly.

Coconut Point Honda is under new management Harry is friendly and wants all customers to feel they got a great deal. I compared Civic Accord and CRV in 3 dealerships. Coconut Honda gave me the best hassle free deal. Gerad is an awesome sales rep. He's patient knowledgeable and makes sure you are heard and getting the best car for your budget. Great Dealership. Friendly helpful and willing to give you their best.

I went in to shop for a new CR-V EX and the salesman told me he had paperwork to do and more or less didn't have time to show me a car I might have bought from him. WOW!

I was referred to this dealership by my mother who leased a car with Alberto Quiroga, so I went on a limb hoping to find anything. Alberto found me the perfect vehicle to lease and made the process as pleasant as possible His professionalism and straight-forward demeanor. These people are there for you. What a wonderful team!

LEASEE BEWARE

This dealership continues to be dishonest. What I am going to say is a perfect example of BEWARE. After filing a complaint with American Honda and speaking to an employee named Liz, the saga continues. She informed me yesterday, 11/28 that she spoke to Chris Chapman, the manager and he informed her he spoke to my husband Charles Bretz at the time of sale. This is not my husband's name and I have no idea who Charles Bretz is. He told Liz that he gave my husband two options, put down $1500 or he will waive the $1500 and I continue to pay the remaining three car payments. This did not happen. Again, we would not have bought the new car and waited until February. Common sense. Today, I contacted Call for Action, Wink News. A woman named Gail called and spoke to the General Manager, Jerry. He said my husband agreed to pay the remaining three payments for a lower car payment. This didn't happen either. So here you have two managers with Coconut Point Honda giving two different stories. We never met Jerry. I have no clue who Jerry is. Again, beware of leasing with this dealership. Be very careful what you are told and make sure everything they say is in WRITING. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM IF THEY SAY EVERYTHING IS GOOD. Mr. Chapman accused my husband yesterday of manipulating him and he didn't appreciate our negative reviews. It's not manipulation, it's a consumer fighting for their rights for an agreement this dealership reneged on.

John Flanagan (sales) was wonderful. I felt no pressure at all and he was very patient with my many questions. Simon and Todd were also friendly to deal with. I happily drove home with my new Honda Pilot. Highly recommend this team and dealership.

My husband and I did our research for which car we wanted to purchase. We settled on the Honda CRV--model, color, everything. We used TruCar online and requested quotes from the area. Simon, from Coconut Point, contacted us. We specifically asked if he had the car we were looking for. Not only did was it in stock, Simon had it parked right outside the door when we arrived. We negotiated a great deal (a really great deal) and drove our new car home. I would highly recommend Coconut Point Honda to anybody. All the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Coconut Point Honda met all of my expectations for a new car buying experience. Not only is the dealership beautiful and new, the staff members are friendly and helpful! The sales consultant I worked with was Simon. He was very knowledgeable and helped make the purchasing process run smoothly. I am so happy that I purchased my Honda Pilot from Coconut Point Honda and will strongly recommend them to my family and friends!
