TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

onWhat a terrible experience!!! We, my wife and I, had an appointment set up for today Monday (2/14/22) at 1:00 pm for a test drive. The vehicle we had the testing scheduled for is a RAV4 PHEV This was done after an exchange of emails making sure that the time, and specially the vehicle we wanted, was available. I was assured that indeed that was the case. So, we got to Doral Toyota at 12.59pm, asked for "Nani" the internet sales contact. And we were told to wait. After about 15 minutes waiting I went and asked again and a salesman came to help us. Well it turns out Nani was on the phone with someone else at the time, and the vehicle we wanted...well they did not have it. Granted, it is a very sought after car. But, please, do not lie to potential customers. Do not make us both take time away from work to go there when you do not have the vehicle. Honesty escapes some salespeople. I do not know if this is a common practice at Doral Toyota, but it leaves much to be desired. I guess they lost a potential client, maybe it will affect my decision to purchase a Toyota in the future. Nani, please don't lie. Doral Toyota, please be honest

Changing my lease

onMy 3years lease it’s going to be over in 2 months I drive a Toyota RAV4..so I decided to go check out the offer from Doral Toyota.. there was not costumer service with the salesman he was making fun how the car was fixed it and telling me I was going to be 8k upside down from the lease for the car condition.. not so much into what car I wanted but how the one I drove looks like that’s was the main concerns.. they should care more about consumers satisfaction

onI recently relocated from NY to Miami and found Toyota of South Florida here on Edmunds. I emailed them from NY (not knowing what to expect) and was pleasantly surprised to receive an email response from Rene (Internet sales) and Mr. Carlos C. (internet sales manager). Needless to say that I was a bit nervous (simply because you never know what you'll get when you start a dialogue via internet-especially when dealing with car dealerships.) But I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and honest Carlos was. Such a pleasure to work with. When I arrived from NY, the very next day I was at the dealership. Carlos even called to confirm my appointment with him and that he would have the keys ready when I got there. And true to his word, he had the keys and the vehicle was parked ready for me to test drive. (I originally wanted a Rav4 - but ended up purchasing a Camry SE. Such a sweet ride!) So in conclusion, I will tell you that these guys are the real deal. I have to admit that I went to other dealerships just to test the waters, but in the end I went back to Toyota of South Florida, Doral simply because I felt they gave me the best experience and price. Check them out and ask for Carlos. Tell them Elkin sent you! Cheers

It has it all...power seats... key recognition... start up button ... memory seat... captain chair...navigation....entertainment...Safety features...wireless headphones..,,reclinable chairs....Edwin went the extra mile to make this happen. Trade in troubles...

onMy mother leased a '12 Camry Hybrid after negotiating the price of it and how much the dealership was willing to give her for her '04 Camry the day before she actually got the new car. The day after the negotiations when she went to get the new car, everything seemed OK although the Sales Manager that had negotiated the deal was absent (spidey sense tingling yet?). Despite this, she received the negotiated deal where she was told she would be given $6,000 for her car in the form of a check within a week (she was given paperwork for this). A week later the check is ready and upon arrival found that it was for $5,000. Why? Apparently, the person she met stated that she had agreed to take $5K instead of $6K. To cut the story short, after much hassle for absolutely no reason as they had the original price promised in what was now some altered paperwork, another $1,000 appeared a week later. Everything for this dealership would have been rated fine except for this fiasco with the payment for the trade in. I never really understood why they structured the deal in this matter (obviously to their benefit), but the fact that the salesperson / sales manager never called back to answer questions about this matter is troublesome as well as the fact that it 'appears' that they were trying to take advantage of a 75 year old woman.

onwhen i called , i was quoted for a reasonable price, and i got the offer expected. Really nice internet staff, the assisted me to find my car because i wasn't in stock, and they found it for me (the next day). it was loaded with the options requested, everything was running so smooth that i asked my self if there was anything hidden, but no surprises at all. It was probably the best car buying experience i've ever had. And they showed me all the car's functions, it was perfect. I will definitely buy another car from them. it was good.
