From start to finish, my experience at Schumacher awesome. Edwin Figueroa was my salesman and made the purchase of my new (used) SUV a breeze. This has been the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have ever had. From requesting the online quote, to going to the dealership, all staff, especially Howard Borgen our sales consultant, were outstanding. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable staff made sure we had the best experience possible. The follow-up from both Howard and the Aftermarket staff Ryan and Shane have been terrific. I highly recommend the Schumacher family of dealerships, and especially Subaru, if you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle.

Efficient and Polite

I have a great 2016 Subaru Outback with the 3.6 six cylinder engine. Have never had a problem with it... but after 65,000 miles it was time for a brake job. Steven, the Service Adviser at Schumacher Delray, looked after me and the experience was excellent. They even found my favorite coffee cup which I inadvertently left behind. I have finally found the best Subaru service center in my area.

Much improved over my previous service visits. They did give commendations for additional services, but no high pressure up-sell. They gave me a ride home, and when the repair required to keep my car overnight they provided a loaner. I was very grateful of that as I had an agenda I needed to get to that evening. The facility was clean and the people treated me well. The repair was expensive, but I don't know if the price was out of line for the work done. The work was accurate and fixed the problem. I don't feel I paid for any unnecessary work. This experience renewed my confidence in this dealership.

first time service visit,after my Certified Subaru Outback 2018, the welcome was no real friendly, too long waiting with no one else in front of me. Once checked in everything went smoothly, except for the check out, it seemed that there was problem with notification about the extra 100,000 service I paid for when I bought the car, though the Service person stepped up and fixed the bill immediately, It should have been a 5 star visit , but think next visit, 2nd time there will be OK, Liked the place.

I took my Outback in for Service because there was a thump in the front end. My service Rep Jonathan Alvarado was very understanding and helpful. He kept me informed thru out the process of repair. I did a test drive with Troy who recognized the problem and relayed it to Jonathan. The repair was completed in a timely manner. I also received a complimentary detail for my cars anniversary that was also a very professional job . Kudos to the person who did the job, I didn't get there name. The Team of employees that serviced my car should be recognized for there professionalism and willingness to solve my situation. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
