I purchased a new 2019 MX5 from Greico in May through their saleswoman, Brenda (omitting her last name for privacy). She did a truly remarkable job finding this specific Miata elsewhere in the country and then, somehow convincing the original dealership to to send the vehicle to Greico Mazda. She went above and beyond to make this sale happen and on top of that, provided me with some phenomenal rebates. Lastly, she coordinated the movements of both my trade-in from TN to FL as well as my new MX5 from FL to TN. I can't say enough how awesome it was to come out of this long and exhaustive car buying experience with not only the car of my dreams but a new friend. Simply outstanding customer service. If your going to buy a mazda, ASK FOR BRENDA!

It is always a pleasure to deal with well informed salesmen that can answer specific questions regarding their products. Mr.Anthony DeSola was our sales consultant and Mr. Kevin Frankel our sales manager. These gentleman were very professional and able to accommodate us in every way. Best Customer Service Ever

This Mazda dealer is hands down the best dealership I've ever been too! I walked in and was greeted right away by Val, who was able to show me some Mazdas I was interested in. She was able to keep everything in my budget and keep my payments right where I needed them to be! She went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted! I didn't think i was going to be able to afford a CX-5 but she and the team at Grieco really made it possible! Love this dealership and the people there!!

Deceitful sales practice

I bought a 2 year old Lexus with under 7k miles from them. The salesman raved how it was beautiful & 'like new'. I was recently told by 2 dealerships & a wholesaler that it had structure damage which lowered it's value. They showed me where it had been repainted & provided photos of the damage. I was given documentation that states this damage was disclosed at auction when Grieco bought it. Grieco refuses to take responsibility for their deception that cost me $3,300. I was uncomfortable driving the car since I was told that this damage increased the risk of injury if I were to be involved in an accident.

How many people can say that? How can I say thank you to salesman, Walter Turbitt, and Finance Manager, Kevin Boufford, because thank you doesn't seem to really express how appreciative I am for making me realize buying a new car does not have to be a dreaded experience. I wanted to buy a new car but wasn't sure what car or what color I wanted. Walter, was so patient and so caring even though it took me three visits to decide on first the car and then the color. Thanks to Walter and Kevin, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Deep Crystal Blue top of the line 2019 Mazda CX-5. My recommendation ~ please work with these gentlemen the next time you buy a new car!!!
Customer Service is lacking

We recently bought a Kia Soul plus at Grieco Mazda and noticed when checking the car in the lot that there was no manual in the glove box. My husband went back into the dealership and asked for one. Jeff, the finance manager we were dealing with, said he would mail one to us. This was on February 14th, 2019 and to this date, May 18th, 2019, have not received one. I have called the dealership many times and spoke with various departments regarding this matter and still, we have no manual. This is such a small thing for such a large dealership and I am surprised that they have not complied. I have since purchased a manual on eBay.

They send out letters with offers for your vehicle however when you get there it is a different story. Just a come on and they don’t honor the offerr. False marketing.

They are great and can't kiss up enough UNTIL you have a problem and then NO ONE wants to help you! I'm on my 4th Mazda SUV - a loyal customer I would say. In July I cut my 4th deal for a new Mazda CX5, they gave me a check to pay off the old lease to the bank and told me there would be nothing else owed. FABULOUS! Except NOT fabulous because a month later (Aug) I received a ridiculously high bill from the leasing bank telling me it was an amount I still owed. I have called Mazda no less than a dozen times to the finance Dept AND the GM and NOBODY feels it is necessary to return my call! This is the 1st time I have ever had a problem with Mazda, but knowing now that when you do have a problem they are not willing to help I will NEVER go to or refer anyone to Delray Mazda again. I am in the customer service industry myself and very well known in my industry - I would never not call a client back and always go above and beyond to fix any issues. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You have lost a loyal customer and many future referrals.

You guys are the best! Kevin and Walter were terrific and provided the best service anyone can ask for. We leased 2 new Mazda CX5's last night and drove both cars directly to my daughter’s house and had the grand kids ride around the neighborhood with the sun roof open. It was like a parade. Thank you to the Delray Beach location! I love my new Mazda CX5! If you like Mazda or even if you have never been in one (like me), then you MUST call Russell Monroe for your next vehicle. Extremely professional, asked me a ton of questions and actually listened to my answers, kept to his word and made the deal that I wanted. He even stayed way past closing to show me how to operate my new vehicle (and even assisted in cleaning out the car I turned in)! The finance manager, Kevin, was also great to work with- has anyone ever said THAT about a finance guy???!!! Thank you again!

Exceptional buying experience

I purchased my first Mazda from Grieco 4 years ago. I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase of a Mazda CX-5. Last year I was considering turning my vehicle in and upgrading to a newer model. At the time I was corresponding via email with Walter Turbitt in the Mazda Exchange program at Grieco. He was extremely helpful and answered my many questions and was working hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately we had a small family crisis that put the car exchange on hold. Walter was very understanding and didn’t hound me for a sale. This year - the timing was right and I was ready to buy. Walter picked up where we left off and patiently worked with me to find just the right CX5! He stayed late and helped me get the deal done - on my birthday. BEST birthday ever!!! Thank you Walter and Thank you Grieco Mazda! Couldn’t be happier with my new Mazda CX-5 Grand Select!

An Extremely Positive Experience

GO SEE MOE. I was looking for a specific color Cx5 and my Niece who had purchased a car there from him recommended that I call MOE Grieco Mazda, He was very knowledgable of what came in each trim of the cars which made picking out The things I wanted easy without having to look through an entire brochure. Moe kept an extremely positive attitude throughout the whole process and was never pushy. If you are looking at a New or Pre Owned vehicle GO SEE MOE, he has been there 4 years and even after the buying experience he has followed up 3 times including my birthday to make sure I am able to work everything in my new ride

I went in to look at my dream car. I met with Charlie & he was awesome. He made us feel comfortable. No pressure at all. He always said what can I do for you. What an unexpected extremely pleasant experience I had at the dealership. In the last 10 years, I've had purchased 7 vehicles for one reason or another and this was by far the best experience I ever had. Starting with the Internet team, they were so friendly in helping arrange my time to get into the dealer due to some time constraints. Dealer closes at 7pm, my team stayed with me until about 11pm to get me what I wanted. Really felt like they were there for me. John Petrulis was the most knowledgeable, most courteous, and honest salesman ever. He really wanted to get me what I wanted. Dane Luca (manager) and Danielle Bienkievitz (finance) were so helpful and courteous I couldn't believe it. Not pushy what so ever. I left wondering how I was able to choose what I wanted at the price I wanted without a single hassle. Great respect for this team, I hope the rest of you get to work with them as well. Thank you to the GrieconMazda team that was an awesome experience!
