Excellent dealership

My wife and I had been to multiple dealerships closer to us in Clermont. No one treated us like a valued customer. When we got to Deland Nissan, the difference was obvious. We felt respected and appreciated. They helped us find the right car for us without trying to upsell us. Then the managers helped us get the right price by finding every possible rebate and discount before we could even ask for it. We didn't have to haggle at all to get a price WAY better than the competition. I wish we had started at Deland Nissan.

Amazing customer service

Our whole experience, start to finish, was wonderful. The customer service we received made us feel like they actually listened to us instead of just trying to sell to us. We got exactly what we were looking for: a safe vehicle well within our budget. Thank you to everyone who helped us. 4 months later and we still love our vehicle.

Worst customer service and very dishonest people

If I could, I would give Deland Nissan -5 stars. The customer service they provide is horrible. Buyer beware, Deland Nissan does not give you a full review of the car you are buying. So when you drive off their lot, you have no idea what kind of car you just bought. It happened to my husband, he bought a car from Deland Nissan and when he went back a couple of days later to return the extra car keys from our old vehicle they told him "they forgot" to tell him that the car he purchased was involved in a car accident in which the side airbags were deployed. Of course this upset my husband and he told them that he wanted his old car back and that they could keep the newer car. The manager told him they would work out some kind of deal and get him into a newer car with less miles and of course the price went up a bit, but we were still okay with that. After my husband and the staff there agreed on a deal, and they even called him in the evening to let him know that everything had worked out and that he could go back in the following day to pick up the new car. When my husband went back the following day, Deland Nissan did not honor the price that they had quoted my husband and had him there for a couple of hours trying to get him to agree on something that they did not agree on the day before. My husband said that the finance guy was trying to pull a fast one on him. My husband ended up returning the car he purchased and took his old car back. I guess Deland Nissan didn't want our business. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Please, please if anyone is thinking about buying a car, DO NOT go to Deland Nissan, you are better off taking your business somewhere else. I will never go back and will always put in a bad word for them! [non-permissible content removed]

I just got my 1st car at Deland Nissan. Mr. Chuck was so nice to me and my family and made sure I knew how every feature on my car worked before I drove it off the lot. It was so nice of him to take the time to make sure I was comfortable in my new car. Thank you Mr. Chuck

Within a few hours I was able to narrow down a very decent amount of choices and to a vehicle that fit my personality, budget and need. Thomas Clark took time to answer any question about all the vehicles we test drove. He was upfront and understanding of my familys needs. Ryan Hopkins, John Powell and Ron Mustardo were also essential parts of the car buying process and everyone explained any and everything imaginable. The finance department went to great lengths and worked with me to meet my budget. I suggest anyone looking for a car wander over to DeLand Nissan and even if you can't deal with Thomas, Ron, John or Ryan I am sure you will have the same experience with their co-workers.

We were looking for a 'new to us' car. After many internet searches and dealer visits, we stopped into DeLand Nissan. We were greeted in a professional manner (not pushy or hovering) by Ron Mustardo. He asked intelligent questions and confirmed our needs. When it came time for negotiations, we were treated with the same professionalism. We checked with another local dealer who sells the same model of car we were interested in and they couldn't come close in price They offered the same model with 25,000 miles more AND wanted another $1,000 over the price DeLand Nissan offered. We are pleased with the process and will highly recommend DeLand Nissan to friends and family.

vicki was our sales person, she's a rockstar! Ryan and finance was boss. The guy in the parts department, can't remember his name, but I know he was awesome too! Overall our experience was beyond satisfactory, will definitely do business here again. we had Nissan as our last stop but clearly that was our mistake. nothing but the best from these guys! We have already begun to line up future customers for the people everyone should direct their business to the most professional people ever at Deland Nissan

I have purchased a couple cars over the last few years and each time I spoke, in length, with Ken G at Deland Nissan and he has been one of the most helpful dealer reps I have ever worked with. Instead of dealer games he gives you the pricing in the format you request, including incentives, money factors, etc...so you can make an educated decision about your car buying process. Unfortunately the car I eventually ended up wanting was not being discounted much by Nissan since it was just realeased so I did not get a Nissan this time but wanted to recognize both Ken and this dealer for being a quality place that seems more trust worthy than the average car dealership.

Fantastic dealership

Deland Nissan was very kind and courteous when I was purchasing my 2013 Altima. I wasn't the easiest customer. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and they were insistent on getting me just what I was looking for. The sales person Kenny was very knowledgeable and helped with any questions I had. Even after my sale he still contacted me to assure I didn't have any questions and no matter what silly question I have he is always available.

One Night Stand

As every car dealer is, they are smooth and offer the free drinks and try and make you feel like you are getting the best deal and they are almost losing out. Lets be honest guys, with the age of the internet people are not as uneducated about buying a vehicle anymore. So got the deal that was acceptable for a used car but it turns out that their inspection of a used car is worthless and they do not stand behind the used product they sell. Even when the product was owned by the GM's "Family". I find this dealership to be dishonest and to do nothing to try and keep business with them. I will never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible, costly mistake.

Thanks to the internet department at Deland Nissan! I was able to pick the Maxima of my choice, agree on a payment a leave within an hour or so with my new car! Fantastic experience.

Good buying experience

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had! The salesman was very nice and not pushy or trying to get us to spend more than what we wanted. The loan officer was great. He didn't nickle and dime us to the point that we walked away with a payment higher than we were comfortable with. We like the Nissan, was our first, and since the buying experience there was excellent, we've decided to buy our next car at this dealer.
