I do home health and had broken down while working after leaving someone home. My husband was getting ready to be sent to the Pan Handle for hurricane relief so it was the craziest day. We were able to get the car to the shop close to closing time and they handle us so quickly and efficiently, I could not have asked for a better break down:) Very impressed with the customer service!

While I did not buy my car here, I do have it serviced at Ritchey on a regular basis. Don, my service manager, was very helpful and made the process efficient. He assisted with the GM PowerBUy card to maximize the tire rebate. Making it more afforable to buy tires at the dealership than elsewhere.
