Take it back !!

onWe just bought a 2018 Pathfinder. The first car we drove away in was missing some important extras that we thought were on the car. About 5 miles down the road I said to my wife, we are taking this car back, did not like it. When we got back to the dealer and told them we did not like the car, they could not have been nice. They worked with is to put us in a Pathfinder that fulfilled our needs. This was service that was far above what was expected. I will surly tell everyone that this is the dealer to go to for your next car. A very happy camper !!!

Excellent buying experience

onMy salesman, Max, made the process hassle free. I purchased a Murano and Max knew the vehicle inside and out. He synced my I phone to the Bluetooth and thoroughly demonstrated the Nav system. He even oversaw the pinstripe placed on the vehicle after the deal was done!

Dishonest Daytona Nissan

onBought a truck in January 2017. Salesman showed me the truck, deal was made and the truck was detailed and waiting. After the contract was done and I was about to load the new truck, I was advised that a mistake was made and the truck that was shown to me was not actually the one that was sold to me. The truck I ended up with was previously covered by a vinyl wrap, used for advertising and used extensively by the dealer to tow its cargo trailer, (1625 miles on odometer at time of sale). It had substantial interior and exterior cosmetic damage. Daytona Nissan said they would correct the issues to my expectations. They did not and could not salvage the finish to my expectations. Totally substandard and screwed up attempt to fix. So much for honesty. Beware!

Awesome Experience

onWe didn't expect for our experience to go quite as well as it did....Ayn Bishop was amazing. She knew her products and was very down to earth and EASY to deal with. I honestly think if it weren't for her I wouldn't have purchased this vehicle. Thanks to you Nissan...for having such a wonderful crew backing you!

New Car Purchase

onI bought a new Nissan Altima and was verysatisfied with the treatment we received. Have not really had the time to totally get acquainted with it yet since I drove to Orlando to attend a conference and it has been in the garage but I will be driving it back to Daytona on Wednesday. Daytona shortly and will have a chance to check it out again. So far I am very satisfied with it.

onZachary C. was a great representative of Daytona Nissan and a super nice salesman. He worked with us and our financial window. We were able get the car that we wanted with little hassle. The finance guy was extremely personable, too. When we drove the car off the lot, we realized the roof liner was smudged and brought it back or Zach to check. Since the service dept was gone for the evening, Zach took care of the smudges to make the car good as new! It was overall a great car buying experience!

Pleasant Auto Buying Experience

onWe visited Daytona Nissan and were immediately met by Dominick. We were astounded how fast we had someone there to help us. And help us he did. He listened to our needs. Made a few suggestions and the 3rd car we looked at was the winner for us. We were looking for one car to effectively replace two in our family. One driver liked bigger cars and the other liked smaller. Dominick steered us to a clear winner in a short period of time. Four days later we still feel the car is the right one for us. Dominick turned a usually stressful situation into one that was very productive for us.

onI had been trying for months to trade two vehicles that were weighing me down with two payments and high interest rates. Being a Toyota-man for years, I was ready for a change and after reading about their awards for safety and their standard CVT transmission AND the eco-rating for emission and high MPG numbers, I was determined to have a new Nissan. After 3 visits to Daytona Nissan and the odds being against me every time due to my negative equity, I was seriously only humoring myself the last time I went in. But for the third time, Casey S. happily greeted me and gave all his attention to my situation. I drove away happy as could be because Casey got me out of two car payments and into one for less than I was paying. He even kept throwing in extras without me even asking; he knew I was buying the car. I got exactly what I wanted all due to his diligence. He'll probably not like this part being added, but he didn't even make any money off my sale because of how much was still owed on my vehicles! Casey was only concerned about improving my situation. The car I got was a 2013 Nissan Sentra. Funny thing is though, it happened to be the only used 2013 Sentra in the entire state at the time. Some guys wife wanted a Prius instead. Originally I was going to get a base model, but when the loan I needed would only work out with a used vehicle, I wound up with push-button start, alloy wheels, tinted glass, sporty seats... a more beautiful car than I'd imagined. Casey S. is the one to ask for. He's got his own custom-made App, is registered as a product on Google, proudly displays his business card, he adds his name to the standard vehicle decal, - and to me, none of this is too much. The guy works extremely hard and every effort was appreciated. P.S. Ask him to show you his PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) ink too, he's a man with drive.

onOur sales person, Casy F. , was exceptually helpful and did everything possible to make our first experience memorable. Also your Service Dept, was so very friendly. We were told by everyone if we had any questions do not to hesitate to call. We are very happy with our Nissan.

Great Sales person and help us a lot

onGreat Salesman in this delaership help us thru with the process no old car dealer tactick. My sales person explain everything to detail. We purchase from Ettore, when the car ready to bring home somewhat the tire cleaner got in our roof rack and step rack. we try to clean up with water unfortunetly wont go away. He go run to his boss and he bring the car back to the service ande he replace everything with the new one...wwwoooowwww that is the service. In other dealer they most ask us to come back and give hassel. But this person help us, we not just buy the 1 car but we bought 2 in the week. We see lot sales in this dealership because of the service. Flyingchef with 2 happy new car
