Negotiating for a car can sometimes be lengthy and dragged out process but with Olivia I just told her my expectations and she did her best to try and stick to them. I was in and out relatively fast and got excellent trade in value with my old car.

Never received any info about my car

Unfortunately, every time I go to the service center of this dealer is a disappointment. I always have to call myself to get information about my car. They kept it for two full days for a change of battery. I waited 5 months or more for a steering wheel replacement and when they finally text me they have the piece, I go there and the piece was damaged. They never have available cars to loan but they want you to leave your car there for at least two days for work that takes an hour.

I'm extremely frustrated with my 2022 Atlas as it came from the manufacturer with a brake issue. Despite three service visits within the first 9 month of owning the vehicle , the problem persists. They claim it's a widespread problem for vehicles of the same year, yet refuse to address it without me footing the bill for a manufacturing flaw. This is nonsensical and unacceptable.i was told they can not do anything at the dealership that I had to address directly with the manufacturer

Justin Ross is the best service advisor at the dealership. I was due for service and wasn't able to make an appointment online. Justin squeezed me in on his busy day and had me out of the dealership in under two hours. Rick Case Volkswagen is my dealership of choice because of the staff like Justin. As I said in the title, my service advisor is simply the best!!!!

The dealership tends to your needs and are very patient with your inquiries. Easy to talk with, very friendly customer service from the sales team. Davion was great to work with, he would have kept on negating for me had my bf not been so impatient lol all and all love this Rick case dealership, I bought my first car there, a red jetta and traded her in for a new Tiguan. Excited to see what this next chapter brings 💕
