Do not buy from this dealership!!!

by abcarpurchase on 08/15/2018

Charles Gordon was deliberate in providing misinformation to me regarding my purchase. Initially I thought the issue was a small problem of a paperwork human error and would be quickly and easily rectified. My request was for them to honor an additional product purchase, a GPS system, one exclusive to the dealership. The product I requested is NOT the product I was given. I was given a basic version not the specific product discussed. When asked to fix the situation he avoided my phone calls and didn't return my emails. After more than a week of trying to speak with Mr. Gordon I was finally able to get in touch with him on Saturday July 28th, It still took 3 more phone calls and an additional email with attached proof of purchase and service order for him to reply 2 days later. He did nothing to resolve the issue. I made my displeasure clear in an email to Mr. Gordon and I received a reply email that stated "Unfortunately I told the desk to take the car back from you as you would never be happy regardless of what we did to try and help you." What type of professional speaks to a customer that way? And what kind of business threatens to "take back" a car that had been paid for in full because a customer requested a product that was paid for. Additionally, when I attempted to rectify the situation by emailing and calling the President,Jack Jackintelle, the General Manager, Albert Lopez and Alain De Rougemont, General Sales Manager I received no reply from them. I did receive a phone call from another party with the solution to spend an additional $495 to get the product I was promised in the first place. I suggest anyone even thinking purchasing a vehicle from this dealership seriously consider the lack of customer care of the dealership and the lack of ethics and professionalism of Sales Manager/Internet Director Charles Gordon. A.B.

Top Notch Service

by Natalie954 on 04/02/2015

After visiting many dealerships, I purchased my 2006 Cadillac SRX with Coral Springs Auto Mall - Nissan. The Nissan sales and management staff is the Best! Very professional and great service. My credit is terrible but the General Manager and finance team gave me an awesome deal. I'm very satisfied.

Coral Springs Nissan pricing

by joemiami on 03/09/2015

Recently visited the Coral Springs Nissan dealership in order to purchase a new 2014 Sentra. Upon arrival, I was immediately approached by a young energetic salesman and when I asked him to direct me to the internet salespersons, he advised that there was none available and that he would assist me. I inquired with him if a particular vehicle was in stock and was available for sale at the listed web-price and the salesperson assured me that his manager would honor the price and that I didn't need to deal with the internet salesperson. We immediately located the exact vehicle and he once again assured me that his manager would honor the listed web-site sales price. Although I informed the young salesperson that the deal would be all cash, he appeared very uncertain as to the amount of rebate/ incentives I was entitled to by the Nissan Corporation. The salesperson advised me that I would qualify for 100 % financing although I had informed him several times that I was a cash buyer. After choosing the exact vehicle, the salesperson came back with the manager's final and best offer. The offer was exactly $ 1000 over the listed web site price and the dealer advised that they also charged an additional ( non-negotiable fee ) of $ 2195 for window tinting and plastic trimmings that most likely cost the dealership $ 400 to apply. Also the final price failed to include the Nissan Corporate College discount that I am certain would of had been kept by the dealership. The final price came to almost $2200 over the internet listed price and naturally I walked away. For this reason, I would seriously consider another Nissan dealership for your next Nissan purchase.

Dealer does not follow worksheet when writing up sales contract.

by xrzzz on 11/29/2014

We purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from this dealer. They did a worksheet, with a certain price of the vehicle sales price. They told us we are eligible for up to 1750 rebate from Nissan, and that is what they put down in the rebate section. Once we agreed on the sale, they then raised the sale price $500 because we actually qualify for $2250 rebate, $500 more than what they told us we qualify for. Needless to say, they knowingly hide the additional $500 rebate that we qualify for. I would have still purchased the vehicle for the greater amount because it is still a decent deal, but the fact dealer did not reveal this additional $500 rebate during the entire negotiation process soured the process. Normally, I would give this a single star rating, but because we still got a decent deal for the vehicle, and got 3 additional oil changes and tire rotations, I'm going to give them 2 stars. This could have been a 5 star experience, even at the $500 greater purchase price, if the dealer was open and honest about this additional $500 cost.

Salesman Locksley made the dealership look good

by jay24 on 06/02/2013

I emailed and called 5-7 dealers looking for my 2013 Quest LE. Once all the dealers came down to within about 200.00 of each other I decided to choose Locksley S. at Coral Springs Nissan because he was the most pleasant and credible person of all the sales people I spoke with.

Purchase experience with Coral Springs Nisson

by totalgeneral on 04/12/2013

I was a victim of a scam (yo yo) where the deal is approved, signed by all parties, car delivered and than dealer renigged on deal because they wanted more money or interest rate. Well known scam usually perpetrated by small car lots. They are worst of the worst.

I love love my 2013 Juke

by juke2013 on 03/24/2013

Could not be happier with both my 2013 Juke and the dealer where I purchased it, that is Coral Springs Auto Mall. Paul G. (Sales Consultant) and Eddie V. (Sales Manager) were both amazing and made the whole process and experience the best that we have ever encountered!

Bad start - Good ending

by tdcdiversified on 11/30/2011

We are a Nissan family and had been planning to replace both of our Nissans at the same time. We had some negative equity and needed some good rebates to make things work. We decided on a Titan and a Rogue and sent in a request for both. We were contacted by Russell from the internet dept. He was very friendly and understanding of our needs. He handed us over to the finance manager Jay who I spoke to at length about what we needed and told him we wanted a specific Titan they had on the lot (they only had two), and we were interrested in the Rogue. He told me he understood and would work the numbers and come up with a satisfactory deal and call me with the details. When he called back he told us we could do the deal on the Titan we wanted (crew cab SV) and the Rogue Special Edition package would fit our budget. I was happy with the numbers so we drove to the dealership which is over an hour away and three Nissan dealers away (we tried the other dealers first but they didnt have what we wanted and were rude). When we got to the dealership they pulled up our teo cars. The wrong Titan (king cab base model) and the wrong Rogue (an SV). The finance manager wasnt there so everyone was confused. We were so upset knowing the numbers we had been given were not going to be even close to waht we were told we left. Against our initial better judgement we talked at a restaurant down the street and decided to go back to give the Eddie the Sales manager a piece of our mind. We sat down with him and explained our situation and how upset we were. He apologized and assured us he would fix everything. In the end he worked very hard to get us the correct Titan but we had to take the SV Rogue to fit our lease requirements. The payments ended up being $120 more per month but my wife liked the Rogue SV and Eddie was willing to give us the Titan at invoice with an additional $6500 in rebates so overall we were able to get what we wanted and we didnt feel we were totally taken advantage of... I have nothing to say but good marks overall for Eddie and Russell (who stuck with us till the end). Jay on the other hand... I wouldnt hand him a shirt in a snow storm. The deal also took from 1pm to almost 9pm which sucked though that has been a common experience with any dealer we've been to. Would I recommend this dealer? Well, yes...with a caveat. Deal directly with Eddie and watch the numbers very closely - as everyone should anyway. Do I feel like we got the best deal possible? Maybe not but I also dont feel like we could have done better anywhere else. The customer service was top notch once we got passed the inital confusion and frustration. I think with the economy most dealers will pull just about anything they think they can get away with to sell a car.

Good and Bad [violative content deleted]

by pike1701 on 11/14/2011

All Car Dealers have [violative content deleted] for people who are buying a car... Used or New. You have to understand they are there to make as much money off you the consumer without any guilt. Knowing this bit of information... I will tell you my expereince with this Dealer. 1 st Time I went in there I wanted to know my credit standing... I ended up testing driving the Sentra SR-T they were going to give me a good price for 19k out the door I declined only because at the time I had not done my homework on the Sentra and its price point ranges. 2 nd Time... I looked at the Versa... Nice Car for a college or High School Student... Yes I say this because its cheap. You can walk out with one for almost 13-15k. I did not like it only because of the small gas tank... Even though its suppose to get you 300-350 miles on that tank. When I came back for the 3rd time I was greeted and all my questions were answered. I knew what I wanted. I ended up getting the car for 19k the Sentra. SR 2012. When I got into the Fiancing office... I did not elect for GAP or Extended Warrenty the price was 18.6 Out the Door. If you use AAA... After your warrenty is about to expire see them and purchase an extendend warrenty through one of their recommend companies You will save money. I just have to say... read Consumer Reports Magazine and know the games the dealers play to try to rip you off. I felt I did not get ripped off. I felt comfortable. If you get a pushy salesman you either leave the dealer or get a new salesman. Do not let them bully you. Nissan Coral Springs the people are friendly... But if you don't do your homework and know what is being offered... They will like any other dealer rip you off. So just know what the prices are of each model.

Coral Springs Nissan sales review

by cberrio on 06/10/2011

The internet sales person I worked with was Chuck Joffe, he was ver knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. Although we did have a small misscommunication over one of the incentives the factory was offering. I thought I could get both cash back incentives and the 1.9 % financing and found out at delivery only one cash back and 1.9%...Overall the car was delivered with options I asked for and for a fair price with out issues. I would go back to them as the other dealers would not even come close to their price and were not nearly as responsive or willing to negotiate.

Bad Customer Service

by jeremy84 on 04/16/2011

The internet sales guy Charles Paek did not bother responding to my inquiry about a specific vehicle I wanted and instead tried pressuring my to "act fast" about another vehicle that I did not want. I can only imagine how this place runs business in person, especially after leaving such a bad taste in my mouth just over the net. Hopefully no one gets had or falls for any of their inappropriate sales tactics. Please do not give your dealership this business, they do not want to serve you with great customer service, they just want the cash you are ready to dish out for a new car. To Charles: you are not trying to sell me a steak or article of clothing. A car purchase is a HUGE deal and not something you "act fast" about.

Very Unprofessional

by mightykc01 on 03/16/2008

The worst buying experience. The lease on my wife's current car is ending in the end of 03/08. I went into the dealership on 1/30/08 to order her new car since she was very specific about what she wanted. I placed a $1000 deposit and was told that the car would be ordered and it would be ready for delivery in 30-45 days. After a month and a half of waiting I got a call that the car was in. The next day my wife and I went into the dealership to purchase the car. When we got there the car that was there was NOT the car we ordered. It had $800 worth of extra options and in fact it wasn't ordered it was traded for from another dealer (they never actually ordered a car for us). The car was scratched inside and out, the leather on the steering wheel was ripped, and it had over 100 miles on it. They said I had three options 1. pay $800 more than the agreed price and take this car 2. Reorder the car (which I found later takes about 3 months) 3. they can refund my deposit and I can walk away. They then proceeded to lie to us saying that the will call Nissan North America, and can possibly get a car delivered in 2 weeks. I found out that the only car like the one we wanted was scheduled to be built sometime in 04/08, and it would be impossible to get in less than a month and a half. Since my wife's lease on her current car is ending in two weeks they knew we would be stuck, and expected up to buy the car they traded for. But we decided to go to another dealer (Endicott Nissan) and reorder the car and extend her current lease. Endicott Nissan was very friendly and honest. My only recommendation is not to buy from this dealership, and get everything in writing if you do!
