Simple tire fix

I was very glad that I was not charged for a simple tire fix. But I did not like the fact that it took over 3 hours to do it.

Service was pleasant, timely, & accurate. No issue with professionalism. Next time I guess I have to ask for free tire rotation. Not really solid on why a washer fluid motor isn't a warranty item under 40,000 miles. Otherwise, very good service.

Rip off

Do not get anything from Bob Steele. What a rip off. Charged me 1600 bucks for 2 brake pads and rotors. Vehicle also wasn't ready when told. They originally gave me a quote for about 1,000. Then told 1900 until I said something but was still near 1,500. This job should have been no more then 700. Please do not become part of their scam and go elsewhere. You will save thousands over a lifetime that could be equivalent to a new vehicle.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service! I took my 2018 JK to have the rock sliders motor replaced and the windshield wiper motor replaced. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. I would like to thank him personally

Standard Oil Change Service

I came in to the dealership, Bob Steele, on 03/02/2019 for an oil change. I noticed when service was complete my oil change monitor was not reset. I notified the service tech and asked did they change the oil? He stated yes and reset the oil monitor. 2 weeks later i noticed the oil was low and had a dark color tinge to it. I returned to Bob Steele service center and explained that my oil had not been changed and was displaying low oil percentage. PJ Jennings checked oil level and concurred that oil was low and color displayed dark color. I am very disappointed with the service which could have compromised my vehicles operation.

Perfect from start to finish. Professional employees, prompt work, estimates honored even if the work runs over. Everything I asked for was done perfectly, and my car was even washed and vacuumed for free. I don't always get service at a dealer, but when I do, it's at Bob Steele Chevrolet.

This is the worst possible experience I have ever had at a dealership. I asked a very simple question what is the price of the vehicle and I have yet to have that question answered. You would rather tell me to make a 3hr drive to find out the price of the vehicle. Thank you for wasting my time.

Your team did an awesome job Travis and Tavy really made it easy for us we were able to look around and think a little with no pressure, which made us more comfortable buying a car. Love, love, my new Chevy Cruze. I was also very happy that Sam Johnson was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I am a woman in my 60s and never once felt that Sam was condescending. Sam was very thorough explaining the features of the car. When I asked him why I should choose this car over a Toyota Camry, he rattled off a list of reasons with no hesitation at all. I liked that Sam did not use any high pressure tactics because that would of sent me right out the door. I would certainly recommend Sam Johnson and Bob Steele Chevrolet

I didn't realize I had marked an actual service, I thought I was putting down how many miles I had on my vehicle. Turned out to be almost 500$ that I owed, which I didn't have up front. I barely had enough to cover my oil change as I just had a baby and had been out of work for two months. I told the manager I could do two payments but that was it. He said the company would 'eat' the cost and I paid for just the oil change. The best customer service I have ever experienced. I always come to bob Steele for all service, I will continue to do my business with bob Steele, and I will certainly tell/recommend bob Steele to all my friends and family. This was the most unexpected thing and I am forever grateful to the manager and to bob Steele!

Bob Steeles service center has been working on my '99 corvette for almost a year now. I have had the car for 10 years. In that time no 1 has handled the car better than they.
