In November 2018 I purchased a 2016 Certified Pre Owned Ford Mustang, Sale went wonderful and smooth, the problem was that after a day or two transmission noise was evident and I promptly called the dealership about it. I was told to make an appointment to bring it in. To make a long story short I have brought it in 3 times, totaling 17 days in service with the excuse that they all sound that way, after confirming that there was something wrong which means they have no clue how to fix it. I was not treated the way a customer should be and they do not know how to fix their own product in which they tout " We built it, we can fix it". Good one. Worst dealer experience I have ever had.

Shawna took really good care of us when we were purchasing our two vehicles (Ford Taurus and Ford Focus). Both are great new cars! The only tough part was filling out all of the finance paperwork, that took a few hours.

Great experience! We were very comfortable through the entire process. Dion meticulously helped us choose the right car to fit our needs. He was very pleasant. Keith was nice too, along with Ryan our Service guy and Bob my service shuttle driver. Had the armor put on the new car and since Countryside Mazda and Ford is so close to the mall it was a nice place to wait it out.

I recently purchased a used 2013 Scion FRS and couldn't be happier!! About two months prior I went car shopping and had the typical negative experience associated with dealerships with a high pressure sales force. Countryside is not your typical dealership. John C., Ayesha and Steve were pleasant to deal with and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to provide superb customer service. I planned to just take a test drive but ended up making a deal due to the high level of professionalism, friendly atmosphere, and great price that I received. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a change from the ordinary.

I went to several dealerships the week of 03/23 and Countryside was by far the best. Theo was a great sales individual, he is an honest person and when it came down to money Rob worked with me. I didnt hear not once from Theo about commissions when several other sales individuals from other dealerships were only interested in the money and showed me SUV's out of my financial interest, Theo was truly interested in selling me a SUV.

I walked in blind having only done a good amount of internet research. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, as well as the amount I needed for my trade. I was assisted by Joe R. who I felt did a bang-up job. He was not high pressure, had a sense of humor, and worked hard. Selling scars is not easy and some of these guys are starving and some are just morons, but they are still out there trying to make a dollar and support themselves. So, yeah, Joe was cool, he was real, and I appreciated the minimal line-of-crap I received. He has a lot of follow up to do on the car and I hope that now that the sale is done, he continues to take an interest. The man also has some great hair. You rock, Joe! Chris

I originally contacted one internet sales rep but upon my arrival to the dealership, I was handed-off to another sales rep because my rep was with another client. The rep that sold me the 2014 F-150 was a good sales rep but terrible at following up with me to fix a small ding (dent) that was on the driver's door. His words "Your car buying experience starts after you buy your vehicle." What a load of crap that was. If this rep, Mr. K., still works at this dealership, I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. It took the sales rep that I initially contacted (Mr. M.) via phone to quickly coordinate and have the ding fixed. Overall experience with dealership was good.

Great Sales team

We went in for a Ford Fusion and ended up with a Focus. My wife did not like the interior of the Fusion, so the salesman, James, suggested a Focus, which we purchased. This tells me James was more interested in making my wife happy than making money. The entire sales and finance team is great. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Countryside. We even have to drive by another Ford dealer to get to Countryside Ford.

2014 Ford Escape excellent choice

I spoke to James online about the Edge and changed my mind when I saw the Escape. Joe assisted me with the test drive and details about the Escape. I went home to do more research I had driven other vehicles prior to the Escape. No comparison to ride, handling power and quietness of the Escape. Between Joe and James ( the Techie), the best friendliest sales experience I've had in many a year.

After receiving a strong recommendation from a friend, my wife and I decided to find out how good Countryside Ford was supposed to be. Right from the start, we sensed a different approach to selling a product. We weren't chased down and there wasn't any pressure tactics. We felt comfortable dealing with friends rather than sales people. The dealership set the tone, and gave us time to make good decisions. Lenny was our friend from the onset. He was orchestrating our deal to meet all of our wants and needs. Countryside Ford has developed a concept of selling, to overcome pressure and to invite future sales. Bravo to the entire Sales Department.

I just bought a 2013 Focus through Jeff K. at countryside. Had a great experience - him and the finance guys were very easy to work with and willing to answer my questions. We found a problem with one of the seat belts and the service department took care of it.

GET PROMISES IN WRITING

I just bought a used Ford in late May, 2013, from Countryside Ford, and was lied to by salesman Dino D. and the on-site repair shop, and ignored by the GM and other officials there when I brought concerns to them. Basically Dino promised to have fixed a very loose motor mount and the vinyl that was coming off on all four inner door panels of the '05 Ford Escape I was buying. However, once I'd bought the car those promises vanished, and Dino suddenly claimed he made no such promises. I bought the car ONLY because I'd been told the issues were to be fixed by the Ford dealership. But now I m spending an additional $800+ to have the two problems repaired. Nothing like buying a car that had to go right into the shop from the car lot. Anyway, the Ford repair shop there did a wink-wink with Dino and refused to fix anything, and the 3rd party warrantee that came with the car is no good. The GM "Sky" has yet to return my call and email (three weeks now) and all other supervisors there have ignored my emails to them. I haven't heard from Ford headquarters yet from the snail-mail letter I sent, and I'm working on a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So GET DINO's PROMISES IN WRITING....or, better yet, don't shop at Countryside Ford. You know there's another Ford dealership a couple miles South. Tj
