My family and I were looking for a car, either used or new. We came to Dimmitt with a budget of what we could spend. Upon arriving Aaron greeted us and had the car out front that we were inquiring about. After a test drive we proceeded to discuss options. Aaron was professional, courteous, attentive, caring and worked hard to help meet our needs. He was very determined to help as much as he could to benefit all involved. The whole process was extremely smooth and we are very happy with our decision and for the service we received at Dimmitt from Aaron and the rest if the team involved including Sal whom we have worked with on other vehicle purchases over the last 12 years. We definitely recommend Dimmitt Chevrolet and Aaron is a wonderful salesman who cares. Thank you.

I buy cars all over the USA. So, I deal with lots of salesmen. Andrew is by far the nicest person Iâve dealt with at any dealership in any state. He is honest and trustworthy he will go the extra mile to insure you get the best deal. He even picked me up from the airport! Great customer service.

Dimmitt Chevrolet did not disappoint! My salesman Sam worked with me based on what kind of car I wanted. When the exact make and model was not on their lot, he directed me to another vehicle (2015 Chevy Cruze) which I absolutely LOVE. I highly recommend going to Dimmitt Chevy for your new/used car needs and make sure to ask for Sam!

After wasting an entire day visiting all of the Chevy dealerships in Tampa looking for my car I decided to look online and found my dream car at Dimmit. From the very first phone call they made the experience very pleasant. Danny, the sales rep who helped me, was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Bait and Rip Off!!! Be careful!!

A complete rip off!!! Was looking for a Challenger Hellcat. $53000 was the advertised price. As the deal gets close to closing, they bumped up the price and asked me $58000!!! I asked why and Eric just said that was the price they were asking. This dealership Was so greedy and tried to rip me off!! It was such a waste of time. Be careful!!!

I'm shopping around and don't have a lot of time to spend at a dealer. I am still undecided on what I want to buy but I wish all dealers were as open and transparent as Dimmitt is about their pricing. Yes, you have to read the terms of the advertised price, but it's all there. There are no surprises. Kudos to everyone, especially Mark Stanton and Mark Heinemann in their guest services dept. that sent me a quote brekdown sheet including all taxes and dmv within minutes of my request (who knew a dealership has guest services??? - awesome!!!) If I decide on a Chevy it will be Dimmitt!

It was easy to find the right car for me in a small amount of time. Rafael was very patient and showed me different types of cars til I found the one I liked and then spent all day coming to an agreement on the deal with me. Very pleased

Place is a joke read first

If I could I would give 0 So it all started because the truck had a light engine hot ac off Everytime they said it was fixed it was not also the horn kept going off for no reason and gauges where going nuts all 4 times the truck was in and they said it was fixed it did it again within 10 miles of picking it up so then they tell me we can't fix it but GM will replace it the guy Bob was adamant that he will get it done and there will be no problems.....Great right GM is standing behind there stuff wrong 3 days later they call and said sorry we can't do anything I have bin lied to yet once again now mind you this truck is under factory warranty so now I have to spend the day at my attorneys office to get this resolved as they gave me a truck back that was said to be safe to drive and is not so now because of safety concerns I will have to take action against GM and the dealership I have had a absolutely horrible experience her every time I've bin here there has always bin a problem took 2 months to get a appointment because they fired a service drive manager or some crap and forgot about me yet I gave them chance after chance loosing money every day we'll see what happens in court I guess sad it has to come to this......Contacted David rudder a total of 6 times not even a call back this is not how business is conducted I will blast this all over the Internet and social media......I was smart and recorded every word will make sure it all hits YouTube in a few days maybe then they will start (doughtfull) start honering what they promise update so also a little while ago right around when this all started they also did a rear main seal and a oil pan gasket which started leaking again also when they did the oil change they cracked the oil filter from over tightning it they also burnt up some wires after removing the transmission from which they told me they did but then but connected them together also they could never fix the horn took it to another dealer horn problem found rear main fixed again oil filter properly put on wiring harness fixed properly and problem found with that light that kept coming on really guys all in writing now all this has to go to my attorney as this is straight up poor workmanship every bit of it then you have the odasity to claim i messed up your "loaner" car and try to put a claim in are you serious we never damaged it period good luck with that as far as your reply to call you lol shouldn't you be calling the customer to make this right after all the down time because of your negligence. [non-permissible content removed].you guys are in the wrong you did alot of damage to my truck we take our cars and trucks to dealers and pay more for the quality but with you there is no quality period I would highly recommend you make this right before this hits the media and other places.and to everyone else reading this avoid this place like the plaque.

Deceptive

My wife and I went in to purchase 2 cars. 1 was advertised for $12k the other $10k on their website. They got our vehicles ready and then said they were $15k and $14k. We showed them the online price and the manager said "you're a smart guy, you should know that there are terms to those prices". He kept saying that it was still a great deal. He's right it was still a great deal but extremely deceptive. We didn't qualify for the discount on both cars, only 1. Great dealership but they will pull a fastball and raise the price. The manager on duty even admitted that their online prices weren't true. GM looked into the matter and said "Dimmit is doubling the manufacture discount online then not honoring that amount" Great deals, just know that you're going to pay an additional $2-3k then they advertise online. If you ask why the price went up, they will dodge the question by saying "Well its still a great price" then play dumb. GM is currently looking into the dealership.

Surprises!

Be sure to look over the used cars carefully. Not every issue can be identified easily. If possible have a mechanic look over the car or see if an inspection can be done off site. If at all possible, make sure you get a warranty and read it thoroughly before signing off on anything!

What great folks to deal with

I would like to commend the great sales staff and the financial wizardry of the following people, Matthew Blandchard, Bobby the manager, Juan Albritton and Danny . Without these valuable people at Dimmitt Chevrolet, my wife, Denise and I would never have been able to purchase this car that we now love. Before leaving Miami, Florida for our two day holiday, as I would like to call at, these folks at Dimmitt Chevrolet prepared all the paperwork, took care of the negotiations through emails, a few faxes and some verbal communications, to make sure we had a smooth transaction. Once the store was opened at 11:30am (yes they let us in early) on Sunday, we got right down to business and in less than an hour and a half the car I had always wanted, the 2016, Triple black, Corvette Z06, C7-R was ready for us to drive home. All I can say is WOW, way to go guys!!! Thanks for a deal I won't talk about for fear that it ,may never happen again. From the sale price to beating that A-Nations over priced warranty nonsense, too. A special thanks to Matthew B. as he is the most honest Financial Manager I've known. I got 72 months at 1.99% bank interest rate. Plus, honest help in selecting the extended warranties that I needed for this type of car. Juan and the boys went over the car and made any corrections I saw fit as this car was a show room car which had been looked at by a few thousand people since it was the dealers featured car, 1 of 500. I have bought over 51 cars in my 60 years I think I know a thing or two about the purchasing process. I have never had the good fortune of meeting and working with such straight up guys, till now. My Dimmitt Experience

I purchased a used truck from Dimmitt Chevrolet on 6/25/2016. After 75 miles the transmission went bad. Luckily the truck came with a 3 month/3000 mile powertrain warranty and Dimmitt replaced the transmission. After getting my truck back, unfortunately it rained and the drivers floorboard filled up with water, not a little bit of water but a lot, enough to soak the carpet and all the insulation underneath. Back to Dimmitt and was told it was not covered by the powertrain warranty. I saw no option but to have the truck fixed, it would ruin the interior of my new to me truck had I left it unrepaired and wet. I hoped they would stand behind a product that they sold me 3 weeks prior (and had possession of it 5 days while replacing the transmission) and do the right thing whether it was covered by the warranty or not. I spoke with several nice folks in both the sales and service department and all seemed to sympathize with my frustration about spending nearly $16,000 on a used truck and then $356.96 the first time it rained to keep the interior dry. I was informed by Omar Maiwand that Dimmit Management reviewed my request and would not refund my money for the repair and became quit agitated listening to my story and my reasoning as to why Dimmit should cover the repair. Covered or not, in my opinion, Dimmit Chevrolet did me wrong and lost a customer. They had possession of my truck more than me the first three weeks of ownership. Two stars because they fixed the water leak, could have been five had they not been so greedy.

Bait and Switch Scam

Autotrader/KBB cash for my car offer at $5k. Car had damage which was fully disclosed and resulted in lower KBB value. At dealership offered $2,700 because of damage (which had already been factored into the $5k offer), bent rims and accident reported on car. There was no accident report for car. That would be lying. Offering half what was on line would be bait and switch. We were looking at one of their great internet deal cars, had $6k of rebates online, at the dealership it had 1,500 of rebates. Also bait and switch.
