I was over the moon with the personal feel and exceptional professionalism that I received at Crown Acura. I was recommended to them by a colleague and friend. I was not disappointed in the least. Everyone there was extremely kind, helpful and caring especially since this year was a difficult one for me, newly single mom of 3 little girls, I was completely overwhelmed by having to find and purchase a vehicle without assistance from my ex. Today I was overly cared for by the service department who handled the matter of my my hood repainting service that was promised with timely service and compassion. I am just overly pleased I am with both experiences I had at this family-orientated dealership. Thank you Gillian and Jeremy.

Gillian and Evan from Crown Acura made our car buying experience a great one! They made sure that we received the best price for our trade in and the price to match exactly what we were looking for. Feeling like a valued customer from the first time we spoke in 2017 and purchasing our first Acura, we came back for an upgrade in 2024. Both Evan and Gillian are extremely knowledgeable, ready to answer any question that came their way. Aside from that, everyone we came in contact with at the dealership is and always has been very welcoming, friendly, and with a smile on their faces!

This is our second time purchasing a MDX from Gillian Barnes at Crown Acura Clearwater. She greeted us with a hug as if we’re part of her family. She’s very professional, takes the time to listen and knew what we wanted and needed. Had a brand new car for us in 3 days! Chris Duncanson was extremely helpful with the purchase of my beautiful new Acura MDX. He walked me through all the features of the car and reviewed my purchase options. He respected my time and made the purchase quick and easy. He said it would only take an hour and he was true to his word. I hate buying cars but Chris made is a pleasant experience!

Fantastic Experience

I went into the Acura dealership at the end of 2023 simply browsing, looking to avoid a high-pressure sale. I wasn't expecting to find a kind and knowledgeable staff, an excellent deal, AND a great car... but I did. Gillian Barnes is the Sales & Leasing Consultant who assisted me on 12/31/2023. Her warm and genuine approach was highly appreciated, as she answered all my questions honestly and provided me with a wonderful experience.

Great place to buy a car!

Every staff member we encountered during our transaction made us feel at ease. Arash, our salesman, was a fun, friendly and knowledgeable professional. No high pressure sales tactics, the price and our trade-in value were fair from the start. We really didn't have to negotiate. The finance manager was helpful and accommodating as well. After what we've seen and encountered elsewhere it's nice to find a place that still does nice easy clean business where you don't feel taken advantage of the entire time. They really deserve a chance to sell you a car if they have something you are looking for!

I had an unfortunate accident with my 2019 Acura ILX. It was considered a total loss. I completed all the steps that are expected after an accident. The last being purchasing a new vehicle from Gillian Barnes, Sales Rep, at Crown Acura, Clearwater. I always have such a positive experience. I would never buy a car elsewhere. Gillian is knowledgeable about the cars she is selling, willing to allow the customer to take as long need be to make an informed decision and then proceed. Ms. Barnes is personable, polite and dedicated to making the experience a positive one. Gillian is dedicated to both the customer and her employee. This is the third car I have purchased from Ms. Barnes and will continue to do so if the need should arise.

Our experience in purchasing an MDX model from Crown was directly the result of Gillian Barnes who first greeted us as we meandered through the sea of cars on the lot. Without her gracious and efficient support I doubt we would have driven away the next day with our final choice. If we should ever need to buy again, we'll call Gillian first.

Gillian is great to work with! My husband and I have worked with Gillian twice now and she just goes above and beyond to deliver top quality service. We have been through the process of purchasing a vehicle a few times now and I would say this has been the best service we have received. We also feel that at Crown Acura we have got the best possible deal. Driving from Orlando to Clearwater is so worth it. Gillian is the best and we highly recommend her!

I've bought and sold more vehicles than most people over the years. The staff @ Crown Acura is amongst the best I've ever dealt with. Chris Duncanson was polite & professional to deal with, as was every other staff member I worked with as well. They didn't play games or use cheesy/obnoxious tactics like so many places have lowered themselves to these days. I wish every car dealer was like this one.

Best decision I've ever made!

I was lucky enough to have met Evan Lantry, who amazed me with his knowledge about all of the features of every model and trim level. He steered me in the right direction and it was as easy as ordering from Amazon! Pick my color, trim, accessories, and poof. My car appeared. I was then introduced to Jeremy Stebbins, who made it very convenient to schedule my accessories to be installed. He got me a brand new loaner vehicle and kept me informed. He made the whole process so easy. I will certainly be back. It's hard to find a dealership who goes above and beyond the way these guys do.
