The entire staff was amicable and polite from the moment I walked in. Amir went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and I had a positive experience. He was knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle for my needs and took the time to answer all my questions, listen to my requirements, and address my concerns. Additionally, I was impressed by the calm and relaxed office environment, which made the entire car-buying experience even more enjoyable. The lady who did all my finance paperwork was also very polite and very informative. USED TRUCK BUYER

Salesman, (Dan Mc gowan), was great. Answered all of my questions and if he was not sure checked to make sure he knew what he was talking about. Also spoke with dustin, cj and eddy. All 3 were extremely professional and paitent. Only problem is the keys to the locks on tie down brackets in bed of truck are no where to be found. Plus there's a lock on the trailer hitch that did not come with keys either. There was not a vehichle manual in glove box. they did promise me to help figure those things out.

We recently bought a CRV at AutoNation in clearwater. Overall the experience was great. No hassle. Very direct. We worked with Dan and shopped around at a few different dealerships. Dan gave us straight answers and was always very transparent. I would definitely go back if I ever needed another Honda.

Arrived on time and was taken care of in a timely manner. My appointment was for an oil change and other services due were suggested to me. At this time I choose to pass until next appointment and there was no pressure. Waiting area was comfortable with water and lite snacks available. I received a video from the service tech that was appreciated and informative while waiting. (First time to get that and I liked it!) When I went to pay, I had a coupon and my advisor had a better one for me! This visit was tops and the best one so far in 2 plus years of going to Auto Nation Honday in Clearwater! Thank you!!

Had my Passport worked on last week and inquired about detailing services. Didn't end up getting the car detailed, but in a kind gesture, Mike had the detailers look at the vehicle and remove some scratches on the side panel. I was amazed when I came back to get the car as it looked as good as new. Service like this helps to justify why I drive a 1/2 hour to bring my care there when another Honda dealership is 5 minutes away.

Felix was my sales associate. He set me up with the test drive of the car I saw on the website. He answered all of my questions and did not put time pressure on me which I appreciate. Sales manager, CJ, was fair and very nice. Wound up with what I think of as a fair deal. for people who don't enjoy the car shopping experience, I would recommend trying these folks if they have the car you want.

Needed service and a part installed on a Honda pilot. Just pull up and Art took care of the rest, very knowledgeable and never installed the part until he showed us the price for service. Also gave us important maintenance reminders to be on the look out for. Highly recommend this place, they’re not pushy like other places. Drive 3.5 hrs to purchase car here and now live closer but will drive 50 plus minutes to service here. Thank you!
