Dallas and JB went out of their way to help me

I came in looking for a cheap in expensive car. Our salesman Dallas spent time with me and really listened to my concerns. It was nice to have someone treat me like I actually mattered. The Manager John helped me to get into a car with much fewer miles and even warranty that fit my budget. I am now a customer for life. Thank You Gentleman.

Freindly till you need something

I bought a 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ and my Wife bought a brand new Dodge Dart GT at the same time. In less than 2 weeks I was in slow moving traffic and noticed that my Jeep was pulling hard to the right when I was applying the brakes. I pulled into a parking lot and tried to pull the front driver tire up on a parking curd but curd kept sliding so I went to put it into 4WD, the handle would not go into 4WD in either drive, neutral or park. drove home and was able to get into 4WD with trans in neutral, but with gear grinding noise and still not able to get into 4WD lo at all. Called dealership and explained all of this to them. Now they knew that I am a disabled veteran and I did everything I could to come op with the deposits for my Wifes car and my Jeep and I was looking for a Vehicle that I would not have to perform any maintenance on because of my disabilities and they said I would be 100% responsible for all costs in diagnosing and repairing the transfer case. Now all the little used car dealerships give at least 2 weeks and up to 3 months/3,000 mi. on their used cars. I suggest not to buy a used car from this dealership, they will act like your closest friend until the sale is complete. If you buy from them, have your service done elsewhere.

heartbreaking experience

We signed a contract on a new 2014 dodge ram quad cab (Model Code: DS1L41 Stock #: 14T504 VIN: 1C6RR6FT2ES455324) on Monday Dec 22, 2014. We drove it off the lot with 35 miles on it. We self-installed side steps and window vents on it. We received a call Sunday afternoon Dec 28, 2014 that they wanted the truck back because financing could not be obtained (even though we had obtained financing on 3 prior vehicles with them and are currant and never had been past due).....we had put over 500 miles on this new truck and installed items on this vehicle, smoked inside it and various other things and they wanted it back....it is still listed as a new vehicle at the full price on their web page, do not be fooled. Do not trust anyone at this place, even the management would not come out and speak to us after being asked to, they even removed the side steps and returned them to us instead of paying us for them!!! why would they tell us on Monday we was approved after 2 hr. of paperwork,,,,wait 6 days and have a salesman call on a Sunday afternoon telling us no it was not approved and please return it?? bad bad business, deceitful practices, poor customer relations--not the way to treat a disabled vet-no i would not recommend to anyone, and I do not understand how they can let someone drive off the lot if it is not a done deal

Save time, Heartache, Stress and Money Dont ever in your lifetime Buy from

This dealer practices in extreme price manipulation! They wont give a base price until they have hit your credit, when they hit your credit they slam it! They go to every resource in the world thus locking you out of buying from anywhere else!, They find out your max finance then manipulate the price to force you into paying way over the book price of a car van or truck, their internet price is not honered they tell you someone made a list price error!, Most of their used cars have been on their lot for well over 2 months, They will say they can get you in a vehicle for what you want to pay per month but in all reality they will attempt to raise the stakes by 1 to 2 hundred dollars more on your payment, they add 3000 dollars to the kelly blue book price for all of their vehicles! Save money dont shop here, They will show you the most expensive cars on their inventory, they are [non-permissible content removed], their vehicles are not checked until you want to buy and take them home, thus wasting more of your time, 39 days later and hours of manipulation being told I cant buy from somewhere else this is the best deal I can get anywhere! Hogwash!, They take and show you a car, get your hopes up then they say cant sell you this one because it wont fit in financing, they then show you another higher priced vehicle and they attempt to trick you into it, they wont sell you a lower priced car due to the kickbacks they get from the finance company, this All I learned in the 39 days of their dealings, they prey on peoples emotions, they prey on your creditworthiness! They are the typical poster child of the "Used Car Salesman" When I finally jumped through hoops and found one reasonable vehicle with low miles and the qouted price by the salesman of 13950 for a town & country van,They told me to gather financial paperwork, and place a deposit of 1000 dollars on it, the next day upon returning to their dealership to sign the final papers beacause they called me to come in, they told me it was not on that van but rather on another van which I never test drove and did not want and they found for me, this was a Caravan! Totally manipulated! I was told the town & country's price was over 19000 dollars! Internet price was at 13,900! it took over 2 days to get my 1000 back! needless to say I did not leave their dealership on good terms! I urge you to reconsider and go elsewhere!
