Mickey at Roger Dean Chevrolet in Cape Coral was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Told him the car I wanted to buy and the price I could afford. “I can do that!” No price haggling and gave me more for my trade-in than other Chevy dealers. This is one satisfied customer!!! This is our 3rd car we have gotten at Roger Dean Chevrolet. Our salesman is Mickey O'Malley, and we just love him! He is so easy to work with, and so different from other car sales people we have encountered at other places. The whole process of purchasing or leasing(as we did this time) was simple and easy. We have never had such a wonderful finance office experience as we had with Jody in the finance department. She makes it so very easy and is so personable. My husband and I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman, Mickey!

Told me I had a nail in my tire and said they could get me a new one. Waited and waited, finally asked and was told they wouldn't be able to get one after all. Took my car to Firestone to get a tire and they had 2 people check and they could find nothing wrong with the tire. This isn't the first time I've been told I needed repairs that were not necessary.

Service Failure

I have a 2004 Corvette, in March 2017 I had Roger Dean Chevrolet in Cape Coral replace the upper and lower oil pan gaskets for approximately $1,100. Note, I have never had my car serviced anywhere but this dealer and the car has 47,000 miles. The original gaskets lasted 13 years so all in all very reasonable. However the gasket is leaking again (just started in September 2018) and Roger Dean has basically stated that the gasket is out of warranty and that I would need to pay to have them replaced again. They eventually reduced the price by a couple of hundred dollars but why would I pay someone that has proven they didn't do the job properly the first time (13 years vs 18 months). There have only been approximately 2,000-3,000 miles put on since the replacement. Bottom line is they are pointing at GM warranty and even said if I have the work done this time there is a two year warranty. They also said this is such a large job, exactly! I paid them for that and now they want me to do it again.

My experience with Roger Dean and my purchase of my 2018 Colorado wasuch easier than I thought I feel the best buying experience I have ever had. And I've bought plenty of cars in my life. I have a habit of trading g every couple years. Robert parker was my salesmen and he handled my trade in and all the paper work to my satisfaction. The truck was cleaned and even the tank was full, don't get that all the time. Tires were even dressed to shine. Means alot to me as iam pretty picky about my cars. So I guess the person in detail and iust have something g in common. The first ance lady , can't remember her name first office across from coffee area. She was very nice and knew her job well I'd say. Very impressed.
