Great customer service

I stopped in because I drove by a vehicle, sitting on the lot, that I was interested in. I spoke with Aaron, who was the opposite of pushy. I looked the truck over, took it for a ride and really liked it, but I didn't think I would be buying at that time. I told him I was interested but I have very little time with my job. I left and that was that. He and Lee, one of the managers, reached out at different times asking what they could do to make a deal. Again, not pushy, just questioning. Not ready to commit, I told them what it would take. A few days later I received a call stating what I wanted was a go. I was working and wouldn't get to the dealership until after it closed but they had no problem staying after close to get the deal done. I was there less than an hour and drove off in my new truck. I would highly recommend this dealership to others and I don't think I've ever said that before.

Totally screwed up my title!

They screwed up my title for my new car and no one will answer my calls! They shorted my registration by six months when they transferred from my trade-in. Then, three weeks later, I got a new tag and registration delivered by FedEx. For some reason, as yet unexplained, they dropped my disabled husband off the title and now we don’t have the handicapped tag. I’m stuck with two different wrong tags! They don’t care, they know I’m an hour away and don’t want to drive back down there. Also, the “loaner” I bought has a problem with the supplemental restraint system. I get an alarm every time I drive it. It’s under warranty, but fix before you sell it! I will never darken their door again.

No service

Wrench light comes on on my 2016 Ford Fiesta, but too soon for an oil change. I call Auto Nation Ford and they say I must bring it in. I make an appt for 9 am the next week. A friend picks me up, we go to breakfast. 4 hours later, I haven't heard from them; I assume car is ready. Friend drops me off. Service rep goes to the back, comes back and says they haven't gotten to it yet. They are short handed. I ask when they can see it. He says maybe this afternoon but probably tomorrow. I ask for a loaner. He says "no," abruptly. I say, "do you expect me to sleep here?" (I live 20 miles away.) He asks me if I know any mechanics they can hire. I take my car home and go to where I should have - my local mechanic. They take care of everything. Auto Nation Ford gave me great service over the years. I will never go back. i understand being short-handed. I don't understand not calling the customer and saying, "sorry, we're short handed. Do you want to reschedule?" The rep acted like this was my fault.

Had a nail in my tire called and they said come on in .( Chip )we will fit you in . It wound up being a staple and they couldn't patch it. They put the spare on and ordered a new tire . They called me the next morning and said to come in at my convenience and they put it on . Awesome service 👏 above and beyond.(chip wood you rock )

I needed a quick oil change and was warmly greeted by the Service Manager, Bob Grey, who assigned my car to one of their best technicians. Robbie got me in and out in no time! He even gave me a few recommendations on how to maintain the value of my car with some simple repairs that could be done in the near future by myself or the dealership. Extremely friendly team over at AutoNation Ford and will be taking my car back there for it’s next oil change.

I left a total of 4 messages over 3 days with no return call from Chip. I had to drive to the dealership to speak with someone. Fortunately the service manager Bob took excellent care of me! It’s just a shame it had to get that far. All I had asked for was to be communicated with.
