Honest fix for an old MKX

My 2008 MKX's brake pedal travel was too long and foot pressure to stop was quite high. The brake fluid was dark, so I also asked for a flush. The factory flush procedure is fairly complicated, but the tech did it correctly and in doing so, solved the pedal problems. The tab was reasonable and the service advisor was very responsive to this problem and a couple other minor ones. I drove away a happy customer!

We leased a 2019 Lincoln MKC Reserve model from Alex Karas in Bradenton on Friday 10/5/19 and we were treated like royalty! They went above and beyond and bent over backwards to find us a car! Our sales team were very accommodating and helpful and the salesman came in on his day off to deliver our car. I was amazed and very pleased after receiving less than perfect service from a dealer in Sarasota! At Alex Karas Lincoln the staff is awesome, the service is terrific and the car is beyond my expectations, sorry I did not check them out sooner. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, they are am awesome team and I cannot give them enough praise. Wow rate them a 10+++ and I got a super good deal.
