I had repair work done on my drivers mirror. I was treated exponentially well! Anthony in service took extremely good care of my GMC Acadia! I can not brag enough. Need a truck, go to Bartow GMC they treat you right!

My Service Advisor, Billy Scott, is always professional and personable! I was in for an oil & filter change. Mr. Scott asked if I needed cabin & engine air filter looked at? No, I have K&N products installed. Inquired as to whether or not I wanted tires rotated or fuel filter changed. I replied that, "I was good and no thank you." I always enjoy the fresh cookies and popcorn!

Do not do business with this dealership. They sold me a used car with a terrible paint job that was good enough to purchase the car. However, started peeling a week after I purchased the vehicle. They were not willing to do anything to correct the situation and told me not their problem. This company does not stand by their product and once you have purchased the car they want nothing to do with you. Take your business elsewhere.

Honestly I was dreading buying a car. Jon turned that around quickly. He made it so quick and easy. He treated me like a friend and got me a great deal. I left feeling like I was completely taken care of. I didnt feel like I was taken Advantage of like most dealers

As LOYAL customers of Kelly Buick GMC in Bartow for MANY MANY years we are DONE!! We have spent hundreds of thousands on vehicles through this dealership and have always been LOYAL to Ms. Patty Hutchinson Currier but, since she left this dealership has gone to [non-permissible content removed]!! The customer service is horrible, you can't get a straight answer from anyone. The sales people have no idea what they are selling or anything about the vehicles. They lack the ability to communicate with THE CUSTOMER and most of them are simply dumb....I called Derrick Kelly's son in law, who is a MANAGER, to inquire about a truck, get some prices and hopefully nail something down. At 1130 I was brushed off (because he was at a "business lunch" ) and told he would call me right back......at 230!!! Yes 230 because apparently salesman take 3 hour lunches, he called me back only to give me ZERO leads or information but tell me he would look into a couple trucks and call me back with prices, ect.....as I sit here at 753PM, I still have not gotten a return call.....none of the information I asked for and have made ZERO progress since 1130 this morning! Not only do you not treat any potential customers this way but esp. Not one that has been a repeat customer for over 10 years! I know that word of mouth is a powerful thing when it comes to customer service and businesses so SPREAD THE WORD! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM KELLY BUICK GMC AND URGE EVERYONE ELSE TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Go to a dealership where at least they pretend you matter! How you going to run a business (Derrick Kelly) and not have your customers your TOP priority and have sales people that do what they say and what they should!! Louis (Service Manager) is the only good thing left at this dealership, (since Patty left)! He always keeps in contact with the customers, is kind, honest and knows his job well. Louis could def teach the SALES people how to properly and effectively do their job! I would recommend everyone to use Louis and his service department, just purchase your vehicle somewhere else first!!

My experience from start to finish was seamless and enjoyable. My first phone inquiry to driving off the lot with my new car was perfect. Manny Rodriguez our sales representative did everything right to get our business. Once I bought the car, he continued working at a high and professional level, giving me as much of his time as I needed to ensure I knew how all the gadgets on my car worked. I highly recommend him. Getting the paperwork done was easy as well. In fact all our contact with various staff was great. We were offered refreshments during short waiting period. Everyone was friendly and professional. The dealership is nice too. Very clean, nice seating arrangement. Excellent vehicle choices too and great prices. When we are ready to trade in this new one we will go back to Kelly GMC. We could not be happier. they really value your business there.

We found the best deals online at Kelley Buick GMC on our new Yukon. We live 2 hours south in Ft Myers and no local dealers could come close to the deals we found here. All the work was done before we got there...basically signed then drove. They checked out my trade in, we test drove the car. It was already detailed and had a full tank of gas and was ready to roll. There was no deviation on the out the door price we were quoted. Very honest, wonderful dealership to work with. No nonsense! Thank you to our salesman, Angel Vargas for a five star experience! Absolutely worth the drive up to you.

Jon Andrews was my salesman and he was excellent! I inquired through the dealership's website and within an hour or less someone was calling me back. She was very polite and helpful. She told me Jon would be contacting me to continue the lease process and he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and he was on top of things. I can't remember the name of the young man who helped me sign the lease papers but he was very friendly and explained everything in full detail; he was very personable and had a lot of knowledge about the lease process. This was the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. This is my first lease and it was a great experience. Thank you!!!

I had a decent experience with Kelley Buick, but when I went to trade in the car I purchased from them, I was told it had a branded title. This was not revealed to me up front, and I did not receive the full market value of the car when I traded it. Highly disappointed.

Bad Overall Experience

Purchased an 2005 Honda Odessey EX-L Van worked with a salesperson with 11 plus years of experience. My wife and I test drove the van and noticed a vibration in the engine? we expressed this concern to the salesperson he stated the the van was safety inspected and assured me the the van was sound We also noticed that the tires were less then 50% we agreed to purchase the van on the word of the salesperson and the agreement to change the tires hoping to solve the vibration. several days after the tires were replaced the van continued to have the engine vibration. Being that the orginization re-assured me that the van was fine and the fact that they were not a Honda dealership, I decided to take the van to the local Honda dealership in winter Haven. I dropped the van off at 8 am three days after purchase at 830 am the adviser from Honda David H. called me and stated that the reason for the engine vibration was due to the motor mounts being seveerly cracked also causing not only the vibration but also loosening three bolts in the engine. I did purchase an extended warranty but! due to the issue being pre-existing they would not honor the cost of the repair.I made contact with Kelley Buick GMC and they were not willing to help me at all with the cost of the repair. I asked them to just re-emburse me for only the cost of the parts. which was 900.00 the full bill was 1200.00. I got a call back from Mr. H. the GM that was basically trying to bully me on the phone and state that they were not responsible because I did not give them an opportunity to repair the van and basically called the Honda dealership a bunch of crooks that high grossed me on parts. Mr. H. finally agreed to send me against his better judgement 162.00 which he stated was his cost on the parts. Until today I have yet to receive a penny from this dealership. After further investigation I found out that the parts he quoted me was for an lx model not an ex-l and that Mr. Russel H. actually worked for the Micheal Holly orginization so it doe's not surprise me on how they treat the consumer. bad move on Kelley Buick GMC to hire this guy.
