It will be 15 days tomorrow when I paid for a new escape hybrid that quit 15 miles from the dealer & has been there ever since. First they say it was the battery and now they say it was the trans axle. The dealer will not get us a replacement from another dealership even though there are some in a 150 mile radius and we were told if it wasn't fixed in a few days they would. Tomorrow we mail in our Lemon law form to Ford & FL Atty. General. Ford Customer NO service has not been helpful either. We also waited 2 hours for the paperwork on a cash deal

STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST! i purchased a vehicle online from Santa Fe and it was JUNK! when it arrived, my husband called to complain - middle console broken off and thrown in backseat, glove box door broken and on front seat, cracked interior door, completely filthy - and was told that it is one of their "back wall" cars for people with not much money - yet we had paid over book value! None of the dials for heat/AC work. When you call, they transfer you from department to department - no one knows what anyone else is doing. It took a week to "next day air" me the title. We ended up having $1500 worth of extra work done on it just to have it presentable. DO NOT TRUST! GO ELSEWHERE! One of the worst buying experiences of my life.

Not very motivated at Santa Fe

I have been to Santa Fe ford/Suzuki twice. My first time, I waited for a good half hour and no one assisted me. On the second visit I went to claim a prize I received in the mail. I talked to a gentleman was was not familiar with Suzuki's by his own admission. I walked out after he worked up a rediculous plan and offer. I can't say I'd go back to them.
