Excellent Customer Service

I have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years but I have to say my car buying experience at Delaware Cadillac was very nice! The salesman were easy to talk to and went out of there way to make sure all your questions and/or concerns were addressed. I leased a XT5 and I am very happy with the vehicle and my shopping experience. I would highly recommend Delaware Cadillac to my family and friends. If you're looking to purchase or lease a Cadillac, ask for Scott Bernard or Mike Cassidy.

Sales manager said the unthinkable

We were looking to trade in our car for a cts. The roll over put it out of what we were willing to spend. We told them we were not putting anything down and that we weren't interested in the final numbers. This sales manager came out and sat with us and told us our options. He actually [non-permissible content removed] to tell us to surrender our current car to the bank instead of trading it in. We were shocked and said 'and destroy our credit?' He said 'well u want to get in a new car, right?' We then told him he has lost his mind in so many not so kind words. When we told the sales man when he came back to us he was even shocked. Needless to say, we drove our shocked [non-permissible content removed] out of there and took our business else where. I have never heard of someone pushing a sale like that and told us it was uncommon but common. My intelligence has never been offended like that ever. I guess bc we are younger he thinks we are blind to his ignorance.

Bad customer service losses cash deal

I had a bad experience with a older sales man, he was very short and spoke to me and my husband like we were supposed to know what we wanted and the price and make of his cars, I guess we didn't look like his typical customer ......little did he know that we had cash to make a deal with the right person.....well he and his high class attitude lost a cash sale.[non-permissible content removed]
