Nothing Spectacular

Purchased a vehicle with a remote starter kit installed. Remote start that was installed by the dealership was not the original Mazda remote start but a cheap generic brand. My headlights flicker like crazy when I use the remote start and after taking it back to Mazda, they say 'it doesn't do that'.

New Mazda 3

Bought our new Mazda 3 Grand Touring, three weeks ago from Herb Jordan. He was very helpful with his knowledge of his product and it's options. Took the time to review all finance rates and lease options available. Put us in our 2015 Mazda 3 with no money down and 0.9 financing. Excellent new car purchasing experience at Martin Mazda.

martin mazda "Brian Matt"

Brian Matt is a great sales man he helped us out on what we wanted and our interest in the car. The manager answered our questions we have asked Brian because he wanted to make sure this was this and that way we didnt choose a car that didn't fit into our life's since we were bringing a new baby into our family. He wanted to make sure that what we wanted is what we really needed I know I didn't want too much and we found what I wanted and my husband. I appreciate what Brian has done the quote for the car and the car we have now. Thanks

Bait and Switch ... Added fees & changed rate!!

Do not buy your car here. They will bait and switch...drag their feet....and draw out the process until you are exhausted. Double check what they say verses the contract. It was the worst buying experience ever. Service center is sticky and gross.....

Pushy Classic Stereotypical Saleman

While we were happy with Brooke, who we originally dealt with and set our appointment with (the only reason they actually deserve any stars), we were less than thrilled about our actual experience. Brian seemed nice enough at first, but then got very pushy when we got back from our test drive. He talked about how great the car was on the test drive, but never explained why or any of the features of the car, more assuming we already knew. Then when we got back and expressed interest in buying, he automatically threw credit applications in our face, without discussing what we thought of the car or having any further conversation. When we asked what the price of the car was, he immediately tried to tell us it depended on our credit. I was very up front about my mom being in the car business and he still tried to play the "car salesman" games with us. I corrected him and told him that while our payment may depend on our credit, the price of the car does not. He got very defensive when we kept pushing, at which point we got up and left. We went home and located the car online (I hated to do that, but we weren't going back there) and went and bought it the next morning. After this experience, I will not go back to Martin even for an oil change. It was clear that when it came down to it, it was all about the sale, not the customer.

Martin Mazda - Pathetic

Bad Bad and Bad Martin Mazda is not only over priced but also tend to cheat their customers. They gave me one quote last night which included taxes n tags n then later on completely backed away from his quotes and started adding other fees to the final price. The sales manager didnt even get up at the end to stop us. One of the worst car dealer experiences and beware of ALL THE OTHER CHARGES THAT THEY WILL TRY TO THROW AT U AFTER U FINALIZE THE DEAL.

I thought these guys were pretty good

Buying a car generally is an overall bad experience. The last thing I wanted to do was step foot into a dealership without thinking about what I would want for my trade in and what I would offer. Did my homework as best I could (I am not in the business of selling cars) and came up with what I thought was a reasonable offer. Worked with a sales guy there via email and resisted coming in for the test drive. Went to other dealerships to test drive, see cars and ask questions. Worked out a deal pretty painlessly including TTL and how much down through email. They didnt have the exact car I wanted but did a trade and got it in as promised in the time promised. Overall, pretty good experience. Sales guy (BM initials) was really good. Nice guy, friendly, no pressure. Only downside was the transaction time which seemed to needlessly drag on (I had an appointment) but not nearly as bad as other experiences I have had. A couple of typical dealer games played during the process but not high pressure and not too bad. I would buy there again and recommend BM as a sales guy.

Do Not Trust Martin Mazda

Despite assurance that the sales manager had to move 35 cars this month and that I would recieve the best deal out there I discovered 8 hours after my purchase that they charged me more then $1,000 then any other dealer in the area and would do nothing to try and rectify the situation
